Apartment in Skólavörðustígur, with private parking

Our apartment is located in Skólavörðustígur, the most popular area in downtown Reykjavik. Just few meters from the popular landmark, Church Hallgrímskirkja. Kol Restaurant is just around the corner, Krambúðin grocery store also. Everything that Reykjavik has to offer is in walking distance. Outside next to our building we have private parking for one car. It's a very nice apartment and superb location in Reykjavik.

You have private entrance to enter the building, our apartment is on the 2nd floor, I'm afraid there is no elevator. We have two bedrooms, the master bedroom has Double Size (140x200cm), the second bedroom has two single beds ( 90x200 cm ) that can be put together as King size bed. On the top floor we have TV room with big and nice sofa where one can sleep and we can also put in there single bed. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. In the living room we have fireplace that you can use. Then we have big balcony where you can sit with your coffee and enjoy the view over the city.

We have private parking outside for one car. If you planning on taking tours then bus stop number 8 is just few meters away next to the church Hallgrimskirkja.

We have baby crib and high chair for your children.

We provide linen, towels and soap etc.

We manage over 100 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
