Hello, we never met a host while there. The area and amenities were wonderful. The residence was also a nice place but dated, ie - the carpet was frayed and had old stains. That didn’t dampen our spirits or affect our vacation. We’ll definitely use VRBO again

we had a beautiful stay, very convenient spot close to all the parks. The house is big, bright, spacious, and the pool is amazing. It could use a few things here and but nothing that would impede a vacation. We would 100 percent stay here again. Also the resort is wonderful and the gate system at the front is a breeze and the staff are great.

Great home for 2 families, had a few minor issues but the management company were very very quick to resolve them, and very good at responding to emails.House is slightly tired but price more than reflected that so can recommend stating here

The house was amazing! A few small issues but fixed immediately. Communication was great! The only complaint was the beds in the rooms with the single beds were very uncomfortable. And perhaps larger fans or even a portable A/C unit in the garage would be great. Its simply too hot to enjoy the games...Definitely would stay again( if the beds are replaced) or we'll just pick another home in the development:)

Great place

The house overall was very nice and as pictured but not cleaned well. There was a missing tv remote and they sent one the next day. They responded very quickly and resolved the issue. Clubhouse and waterpark were a lot of fun, staff members were very friendly. Our family spent most of the time in the pool outside. Overall it was a nice place and great location, we would stay again.

Great pool

My family and I came here to be close to Universal. The pool was awesome for our family and the game room was a nice bonus to! The house is big and can easily spread out. Overall a great experience!

Pro: House itself was very clean. Resort pool was nice. Cons: We did not use the pool as there were a million bugs that no amount of scooping could get out. Day before checkin, asked to sign a rental agreement which stated air cond could not be set below 72 making the house hot, especially upstairs. Also forced you to buy liability policy or give 1,000 deposit. we would not have rented the property had we known about this, air and pool. Carpet outdated, floor tile chipped, cabinets peeling, etc. etc “Game room” is in very hot garage - it’s Florida! NO Ice maker. Carpet needs tacked down as you step on nails Gave it a 3 because insude was clean and we were gone most if the time. Cheaper than a motel. House is outdated and beat up.

Perfect home away from home

This was a great place to stay. The value was exceptional. From the booking process to the check in process through the stay it was smooth and simple. The instructions for the property was thorough and precise. Communication with the itriporlando was very quick. This house is huge and felt very clean when we arrived. We had my husbamd and I, our 4 children and my father with us. With two rooms having twin beds, we atill had an empty room. The pool was a nice size. It did have many little bugs on top of the water but we werent worried about it. There is a net and you cant help stuff that flies into the pool. The beds were comfortable. The small water park included with the property was great for the kids. The kids also really enjoyed the pool table and ping pong table. Only recomendation is another couch in the livong room. For a house tjat has 5 bedrooms, one couch just isnt enough. All of us were very happy with this house and cam see ourselves renting it again in the future.

Great place to stay

The property was very clean, the pool was great and every bedroom had its own bathroom. Wonderfully situated by a Walmart super center, Disney Springs and the parks. The security folks were very accommodating. Would definitely rent again.

Nice stay, a few disappointments

Overall, our stay was wonderful. We were able to have a place to that we could be away from all the crowds in Orlando. Neighborhood was peaceful. Kids enjoyed the clubhouse and pool.House could use carpet replaced, we stepped on exposed tack strip where carpet was pulling away going into master bedroom. The pool at house was not filled completely, which inadvertently caused the pool not to be warm during the beginning of our stay. When we came back on Wednesday we discovered someone had put the hose in, which later that day and for the remaining days the pool was warm, which we paid separately for. We didn’t know, would have thought it should have been checked before we arrived. pool.

Great stay

The house was in a very nice and convenient location especially for the parks. There were some dried dead bugs on the floor in the king master even though they had done a cleaning the day before our arrival. Otherwise everything was clean and organized. The game area in the garage was nice and the kids enjoyed it. The pool area was nice and clean the only complaint was the level of chlorine in the pool was very high and our two younger kids ended up with chlorines irritation around their eyes. We were missing a remote in one of the bedrooms and they sent someone over that night to deliver one. Anytime we contacted them they responded quickly so that was nice. Would book with this home or with this company again.

Family Kissimmee Vacation

We loved our property! It was comfortable and clean. We were provide with enough beach towels, soaps, and a toilet paper per bathroom. The only thing missing were the bottom glass shelves inside the refrigerator, but it wasn’t a big deal, I emailed mgmt, and we just used the other shelves. Aside from that everything else was great. The beds were comfy and we loved the size of our pool! My only regret was that we didn’t request a grill (I definitely should have) Also, the Walmart is 3 minutes away and delivery is typically very quick. Will stay here again!

Dated property with lots of broken things

Property was dated and lots of things were broken and not fixed nicely. Broken cabinets, sliding glass door with no lock, weeds on patio by pool, broken handle on bureaus and many other little items that were just inconveniences. Reached out regarding the unlockable sliding door as a safety concern, took two days for someone to come fix and they simply screwed the sliding door shut. Had issue with cockroaches coming out of shower and bathroom drains and were told there was nothing that could be done. Purchased our own spray and put bowls over the drains to stop the incoming roaches. Location was great for our needs, but would have preferred more timely response and a home that didn’t have so many broken items.

Family trip

The property was really nice. It is in an HOA so there are certain rules that you have to follow double check and make sure everyone is registered as a guest. That was the only issue we had. It was close enough to Disney that we were able to get there within 20 minutes. If you are going on a Friday and checking in I recommend checking in early. There was a line to get into the community and it takes some time for you to get through the Overall, the house was amazing the property very nice very clean. I do recommend taking more trash bags and any seasonings you need to cook with if you choose to cook.
