Esta elegante suite deco de 90 metros cuadrados está situada en el centro de la ciudad, a 200 metros de la Ópera y a 3 minutos. A pie de st. Basílica Stephan detrás de la lujosa avenida Andrássy, al lado de la siempre cosmopolita zona del antiguo barrio judío.

Disfrute del toque histórico en este magnífico piso con la combinación del estilo original y los estándares de vida modernos con elementos de diseño de primera calidad. La suite está completamente renovada, las obras terminaron en otoño de 2014.

La espaciosa sala de estar de 30 metros cuadrados con un pequeño balcón, televisión inteligente, equipo de alta fidelidad / wi-fi, aire acondicionado sirve su descanso.

El comedor separado brinda la oportunidad para que los grandes desayunos comiencen el nuevo día de buen humor o incluso para una cena atmosférica juntos por la noche.

Las 2 elegantes habitaciones están equipadas con camas king size, una de ellas con televisión led para su relajación. La cama supletoria para el quinto huésped es un sofá cama en la sala de estar (tamaño de la cama: 115x210 cm).

En 2 baños (uno con wc, bidet y ducha xxl, el otro con wc y bañera) puede tomar su refrescante ducha o baño relajante. Secador de pelo en los dos baños.

La cocina totalmente equipada sirve su comodidad. Todos los equipos de cocina como los cubiertos, vasos, vajillas de porcelana están firmados con la etiqueta de las mejores marcas europeas.

La máquina de café espresso Lavazza le ofrece café italiano gratis, ya que también encontrará agua mineral en la nevera.

Conexión a Internet por cable y acceso gratuito a wi-fi, 1 televisor inteligente, 1 televisor led, aire acondicionado, caja fuerte, cafetera espresso, nevera, horno, estufa, microondas, tostadora, hervidor de agua, lavavajillas, lavadora / secadora, tendedero, plancha, tabla de planchar, cuna de viaje, trona y bañera para bebé, secador de pelo.

La casa construida en los últimos años de la Monarquía (Imperio Húngaro-Austriaco) en 1912-13. Con uno de los primeros ascensores de la ciudad.

En la siguiente esquina puede usar el primer metro del continente europeo, inaugurado en 1896. O visite los increíbles cafés (cafeterías) alrededor. El New York Palace con el famoso New York Café (calificado en 2012 como el mejor café del mundo) situado a solo 10 minutos. Camina desde nuestro lugar. Alojamiento perfecto en Budapest

El apartamento es espectacular y las fotos publicadas en el anuncio reflejan las características del mismo. La ubicación es perfecta para unas vacaciones en Budapest. Está muy bien equipado. La comunicación con Tibor fue fluida. Nos estaba esperando en el apartamento y nos explicó todo lo que hacía falta para que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Lo recomiendo 100%.

One of the best equipped short term rentals we have ever stayed it. Kitchen and laundry facilities and supplies were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We stayed in the apartment in December, so particularly appreciated the few, tasteful decorations added for the season.One caution, the entry way and common areas are a bit run down. Upon arrival, we were a bit wary. Once inside the apartment all concerns evaporated.

One of the nicest apartments I’ve ever booked and stayed in. Lots of nice touches throughout. Very easy instructions for entry and to operate all the appliances. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and easy public transportation. The apartment has very nice comfortable beds, good shower, a very well equipped kitchen, gorgeous living room with lots of windows for light. We really liked hanging out and having a glass of wine in the evenings to relax. My only negative, and this is NOT the hosts fault, is the building elevator turned out to be very unreliable. It was non-operational 3 days out of 6. If you absolutely need an elevator because of disability issues this could be a big problem. Again, not the hosts fault, it’s the building.

This is a fantastic property. It is so well equipped with quality items. You have absolutely everything you need. The property is spotlessly clean, comfortable and spacious. The linens are lovely and the beds comfortable. Everything worked! I have stayed in many VRBOs and this is certainly one of my favourites. I would most certainly stay here again. Thank you!

Fantastic location to walk everywhere

Tibor was a fantastic host. He provided great references for eating, what to do, and especially pointers for the spas. He was in contact with us whatever our needs would be. He arranged a taxi for us upon arrival which was very nice after travelling overnight from the US. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, quiet and very comfortable. The apartment looked like the pictures. The bottle of water was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfy. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. The location was well within a 20 minute walk to almost anywhere. A little grocery store not more than 6 minutes away. Pastry shops were within a 7 minute walk. Coffee shop just down the street. I would definitely stay here again upon my return to Budapest. Thank you Tibor for being a great host. My niece and I had a great holiday.

Great choice in Budapest

We picked this apartment because it’s around the corner from the opera which made it very convenient for us to get to the (absolutely magnificent) opera house plus it’s a great neighborhood. The exterior of the building reminds me of SoHo in Manhattan: the front door of the building has graffiti on it and looks pretty funky but then you get inside and the apartment is what I would call a “hidden gem”. Very, very clean, stylish and well set up. Tibor is attentive and careful with every detail. All in all, it was a great experience.

Large upscale 2bdrm in best part of town

We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations—they were exactly as described, if not even better. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, yet tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat from the nightlife. Tibor was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. While we were a party of three, the space is spacious and would comfortably suit larger families as well. Highly recommend!We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful and fully equipped apartment in excellent location.

Tibor is a wonderful host - always available. He gives so much information on visiting Budapest - we had maps and books - super. The apartment is in excellent condition - with everything you need to live. There is construction on a new building next door - but with ear plugs in for sleeping it was not an issue if you are up and out an about during the day.So many thanks to Tibor and his partner for helping us to exit with all our luggage - and accommodating a late pickup for our luggage.Many thanks for an excellent stay in Budapest.

A Wonderful Festive Season Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Paulay Premium Suite. The location was perfect with walking distance to the Christmas Markets, local attractions(which are many) and eateries. Budapest is a beautiful city with so much to see and do. We spent 5 days but could have stayed longer. We’re extremely happy with our accommodation selection. Tibor was the perfect host and provided the best guidebook I’ve seen. A & C

The apartment was lovely and well located. But there was considerable street noise due to a major construction project next door which interrupted sleep in the early morning. The lobby of the building was uninviting and not well lit. We were using both bedrooms and would have appreciated more bed pillows and towels as our stay was for four nights. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any messages.

Great Flat...Central Location

The flat was spacious and description is accurate. Having AC in August in Budapest was great! The location is on a quiet street, though there is construction in area. Close to metro and bus stops.

A Delight in Budapest

This property was by far the most pleasant accommodation of our 3 week/4 country trip through Europe. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped. The location was ideal to access all that Prague had to offer, within walking distance or an easy trip on public transit. The only thing that made it even better was our host Tibor, who provided excellent communication, insight and feedback throughout our trip!

Nice apartment but terrible building and construction

Very nice apartment and good professional communications however the building is in terrible shape, the entrance was a bit shocking. Broken bricks, graffiti, man peeing on the building. The site next door is a giant construction pit. Constant ongoing noise inside and outside during daytime hours. The location is perfect and the host was very responsive but I personally would not stay here again. It will probably be a great place in few years.

Mother & daughter getaway

My daughter and I had a wonderful time in Budapest. The apartment is beautiful and very well equipped. On arrival there is some graffiti on the outside of the building but don’t be put off once you see the apartment you will be more than happy. There is a wonderful coffee shop at the corner of the street and a fabulous restaurant a little further down. The apartment is well placed for easy access to everything and we would definitely stay again

Seven Nights in Budapest

Wonderful apartment with lots of room. Very well appointed with goods and appliances. Great shower. A good washer/dryer with decipherable controls. Big windows. Responsive and friendly host. What more could we ask? We could stay a month. (Entrance way of the building is rough looking, but pay no mind.)

Hidden Gem in Budapest

Beautiful spotless clean apartment. Building being renovated so don’t judge until you see inside the apartment. Well equipped with everything we needed. Central location. Walked to everything we wanted to see. Close to metro. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again !
