Acqua vacation rentals

We stayed at this property during our first visit to Costa Rico and it is one of the reasons why it won't be our last visit. The property was in a great location, within a 2 minute walk to the main strip with restaurants, bars, grocery stores, etc. and the people in the community were friendly. Beautiful views of the beach from most rooms. The condo was very spacious, so we didn't feel like our family of 4 was on top of each other. The pool was nicer than expected after looking at the pictures. We felt safe because the guards kept tight control on who entered the property. The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful. We booked excursions through the property manager and were picked up right outside the gate, which was very convenient. This property is highly recommended!

Entire vacation was fantastic. Host / owner and staff could not of been more friendly. Location on the beach, two buildings with multiple bedrooms, common gathering areas and pool made this vacation a huge success for my six buddies and me. The location was very close to the adult activity, casino, stores and restaurants. Special thanks to the property staff. They worked hard and always seemed to have a smile and positive attitude.

Great Staff

This was our second visit to Costa Rica (first was to Tamarindo in 2021) and overall we had a fantastic almost 2 weeks in Jaco. Communication with Paula, the Property Mgr., was easy and consistent, the location of the property was excellent relative to both downtown and the beach, and we spent many mornings and nights on the balconies watching beautiful sunsets and the occasional wild lightening storm!? Bottom line, amazing all around value with this property and would highly recommend to families, or any other type trip to Jaco!
