The house was clean and in good condition. Everything was as listed except for the listing states its a 3 bedroom 2 bath. There's only one bath inside the house. The 2nd bath is in the detached garage outside.

The house was great and I believe an incredible value. There is certainly untapped potential not using the garage as a game room, but I suppose the price would go up. Hot tub was great. Backyard was wonderful in general. Beach was a couple minutes away and very clean! Kitchen was well stocked with tons of cookware, and even some cooking staples. The garage restroom was very clean, and nice to have. Great water pressure in that shower! Things I would have liked to have: a full length mirror, a step stool for those tall kitchen cabinets, and some beach chairs. Place was super clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Hoping to visit again!

The home is absolutely beautiful. It’s decorated like a perfect lake house. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meal and has all the appliances and tools you’d need. The beds were comfy and had plenty of extra blankets and pills. The backyard was exceptional with a hammock made for 2, a cozy fire pit and a hot tub to relax in. We will definitely be staying again.

Great home in the Oklahoma woods. Either a quick walk or drive to a gorgeous, sandy beach! And the hot tub made it an absolute dream, especially during the colder nights. The owners were very communicative and attentive. Thanks again you guys!We definitely plan to stay at this property again.

This is a wonderful property. A short ½ mile walk to a beautiful beach. It took us about 7 minutes from door to sand. If you drive it's only 2 min. The property is wonderful, nestled in the trees so there's always shade. The backyard is fenced, which made it easy with the dogs. The fire pit and hot tub make for great ways to hang out and just be together. The home itself is charming, clean, and well organized. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and everything we needed to make cooking as easy as it is at home. The AC functions very well. Even though it was hot outside we were very comfortable. I hope you all enjoy your time here as much as we did. 5/5 stars all the way! Thanks Chris and Ashley!
