Lake house retreat near Lake Texoma. A spacious house with beautiful views of the sunrises and sunsets. A covered back porch with a firepit offers the perfect relaxing setting for you and your guests. A grill is also available if you want to hang with the family/guests while you fix them a gourmet meal. Lots of things for the kids to do also, basketball hoop off the covered carport, Pool table that converts into a ping pong table for the kids to play on. And 10 acers to let them loose on.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please communicate any issues or items that aren’t working or broken.
Put bed linen on the floor of the rooms they are in. Also put used towels on the bathroom floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please walk through the house when you first enter to make sure all looks normal and they are no issues. If there are please contact Host right away.
Please put any bedding used on the floor. Put any towels used on bathroom floor and any dirty dishes in the dishwasher, start before leaving.
Please secure all windows if opened are closed/lock. Make sure all exterior doors are secured/locked. Use carport door to exit, lock before leaving

The Ranch was a perfect gathering place for my husband's siblings and spouses. Nine of us enjoyed the large inside living area as well as the extra large patio. It was very quiet, beds were comfortable, house was clean, kitchen was well supplied...I could go on about other amenities too...it was just a very nice place to stay. The host responds very quickly and is a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you for sharing the Ranch. We are thinking about next year.
