The home is in a gated community. The community requires a signed release of liability and a list of vehicles during the reservation. The paperwork will be available at the home with instructions.
There is no parking in the street. No Fireworks. Smoking only permitted outside. Butts need to remain in the provided ash trays. Smoking in the house will result in a $500 fee.
You are not permitted to use the fireplace. You will be fined $500 fee if the fireplace is used. All of the surrounding buildings on the property are prohibited from being accessed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My husband , brother in-law and myself stayed for 3 nights. The house was lovely, very comfortable. When we arrived the candles were lit, the wine laid out along with filled candy bowls and a full coffee bar. Our Host Marcy was a treasure. She made us a fresh loaf of sour dough bread and you just really felt the love she puts in to the place. There was a fenced back yard so our two little dogs Bo and Blue were very easy to manage. The beds were very comfortable and the TV reception was great. We were able our last night to catch the NBA Finals. I can honestly say it was the cleanest Vrbo ive ever stayed in. The location was great with a gated community it felt very safe. We were super close to the Willow Springs Marina so we could get our Stripper fishing in. Check with Marcy if you interested Stripper fishing she can get you in touch with her husband who is a Stripper guide. If your looking for someplace good to eat i can recomened two places ... BQ on main in Durant and The twisted Anchor in Bumcome creek. Staying here you are just down the highway from the West Bay Casino and only 25 mins for the Large Durant Casino. All and All we had a great memorable trip...
