I am a father of a beautiful little 2 year old girl and a 1mo old son! My wife and I are in love with Alaska and have a few properties across it that we Airbnb! I am a contractor by trade and own a solar/HVAC company that I'm very passionate about and it comes out in the systems we put into our Airbnb, especially in frigid Alaska! We see our Airbnb's as vacation homes so we like to deck them out with creature comforts and nice furniture so it feels like our home when we visit.
Why they chose this property
You can see the entire valley from the deck which includes Fairbanks, the forest, and the Alaskan mountain range in the distance. The neighborhood is quiet with 0.75 acre lot minimums so there are no neighbors on top of you and you can enjoy the ruggedness of Alaska from the property.
What makes this property unique
My home is filled with just about every comfort amenity you could want, It's fully remodeled and done right, and all the furniture and beds are high quality and not cheap. My cleaner is impeccable and does the white glove check when cleaning the house.
