Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Towels - please place all used towels in the tub downstairs prior to departure. Bed Linens - please remove used sheets and pillow cases and place in hamper in laundry room prior to departure.
Trash - place all trash bags in the trash cans on the side of the house and secure lids. No loose trash in the outside trash cans unless it is lined with a trash bag.
Dishes - please hand wash any used dishes and place in rack or on counter with a towel underneath to catch water.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great stay

We had a wonderful weekend at Lake Cumberland. Very close to Wolfe Creek Marina. The house is newer and very clean and spacious. Kitchen is well equipped and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed the large covered decks on the front and back of the house. Beautiful peaceful setting. Would definitely stay again

Incredible Place!

Jason was great to deal with. Always answers phone calls, and answered whatever questions we had quickly and professionally. House was great. Sleeping arrangements were very comfortable, and location was perfect. Just a few minutes to the nearest boat ramp and close to the main lake. House was very clean and well kept. Had everything we needed. Perfect setup with decks on the front and back along with patio furniture, fire pit, and grill. Can’t wait to visit again!
