Beautiful, historic property in walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do on the US side of Niagara Falls! View from the windows was STUNNING and the accommodations were spacious and comfortable! It made it so easy to park our car in the secure lot and spend the weekend walking around downtown. Nice area, easy to get around, and perfect for what we were looking for. Great stay!

Start to finish was an easy process. The view of the falls is epic. Walking distance to everything the falls offer.Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great find! We could see the Falls from the living area. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The bar located within the building was fantastic! The bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. We walked to the Falls with ease. We will definitely be back!

Stop looking, this is the place you want. Amazing corner room, the falls and main areas are walking distance, parking across the street included, and staff are top notch.

Great location to the falls

Beautiful place to stay. The views from our rooms were perfect. Could see the top of the falls and the fireworks at night. We walked everywhere. Great location to see both American and Canadian falls. Would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Location

My husband and I stayed at this location for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was beautiful! We could see Niagara Falls from our window and the fireworks at night. The condo was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were so nice. Would definitely recommend to family and friends visiting the area.

Great place so close to everything we wanted to do. We parked in their secure lot and walked to the casino, niagra falls, and the aquarium. Tons of restaurants to walk to too! The suite was perfect too! There was even a washer and dryer in the suite. The suite and whole hotel are decorated like you stepped back in time. It was a unique and added to our fun.We will for sure be back!

My husband and I stayed at this unit in the Giacomo and it couldn't have been better! I think we had the best view in the entire town of Niagara! The communication from booking, to check-in, and then check-out was superb. The art deco style hotel was super charming and the condo itself felt like it took us back in time. From the second we walked in to it, to see the giant size of this condo, then the magnificent panoramic views of Niagara, then right down the to the beautiful jazz music playing was a perfect start of a fabulous weekend. We immediately said we are not changing the channel of that station; we stayed in the vibe the whole time we were there. Being right across the street from the Niagara State Park, walking distance to the falls, was perfect. I could walk that park every day. Seeing the fireworks from our room was a huge plus! The quaint bar downstairs was a bonus, super friendly bartenders, and again, great vibe. I would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was perfect! The location was absolutely the best place that we could have planned for in Niagara Falls. Everything that you could possibly want to see was within walking distance. the whole area around the condo was pet friendly child friendly and entertaining for adult adults. Being able to wake up every morning with a view of Niagara Falls and Canada directly across the border was an absolute plus. Also being eye-level with the fireworks display from Niagara Falls was breath taking.

Beautiful space with great views of the rapids before the falls. Look out your windows and see Canada. Some wear is noticeable but the room is very spacious. Bathroom is just a pedestal sink, which leaves you no space to spread out or share the area. No areas to hang towels either. Hot water will not be sufficient especially if using the jetted tub or the steam shower for a longer relaxation moment. You can't beat the location. Close to touristy Niagra Falls. Parking across the street which is gated (high winds will cause the gates to be left open/unsecured area). I can't speak highly enough on how friendly the staff was during our entire stay.

Almost great.

No ice in the refrigerator; had to go downstairs. Some dishes in the kitchen were dirty. Finally gave up and decided to just wash them all. No dishwasher soap. Hmmm. Coffee maker was broken. Had to hold the lid down. Otherwise, what a great place. Conveniently located. Would stay there again. Little tricky to get to the 18th floor but worth the effort.

We had a great stay at The Giacimo Hotel. The view of the falls from our room was amazing, unfortunately because of the Canadian wildfires we didn't get to experience the fireworks. We had issues with the ac unit in our room, but Lenny the hotel manager was able to move us to different room which was even better than our original room. The bartenders, Vinny and Kevin were both personable and had some great stories about the area, we really enjoyed talking with them. If you like old hotels with history that have kept their charm, you will love this place.

This place far exceeded our expectations!!!!! Highly recommend, don't look any further if you want a fabulous vacation. From the staff to the condo, everything was perfect! The front desk staff, the manager and the bartender!! They all went above and beyond! They made us feel so welcome and were so helpful. Oh and funny, thats very important, we laughed so much. They took such good care of us.Also everything is walkable, we parked our car when we arrived and never got back in it until we left! The views from our condo were the best, you can see the fireworks.Thank you so much for an amazing vacation!!! We didn't want to leave! We will be back!

Our stay may have been short but this stay has truly been the best we have ever stay in. It’s beautiful, clean and incredibly comfortable. The staff were wonderful, helpful and very courteous. Thank you again for your beautiful stay. We will truly come back soon.
