Perfect for families and groups, our home offers you a relaxing retreat near Disney Parks, Sea World, Universal Park, Legoland, and countless other attractions, restaurants, and a shopping center. Enjoy refreshing in the pool, a fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars, a BBQ grill, you can play ping pong, and electric darts, unwind in the living area, and enjoy meals in our fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, YOUR STAY WILL BE UNFORGETTABLE!
But what makes this home stand out is how central this property is, just minutes away from the airport, allowing you to maximize your vacation time. Easy access to the main highways, such as the Turnpike and 417. Plus, many major theme parks are just a short drive away. The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check out 11:00 am. Cleaner will arrive at 11:30 AM to prepare the house for the next guests.
Clubhouse key card leave it on the counter ($50 lost card)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pool hours: 8 am to 11 pm – Please follow safety guidelines while using the pool No pets in pool No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
More than one pet allowed for a $125 fee per pet

Great stay

Host were very prompt whenever we had a question or if there was an issue. Pool and outdoor areas are nice. Could use an update as the outside umbrella rotted and fell down and the cushions looked old. However, they were fine sitting on them. The inside was great and the kitchen area was very updated. They had firewood for us to burn and they had all of the amenities (laundry detergent, soap and shampoo, etc.) Neighborhood was very quiet and the backyard felt very secluded. About a 5-10 minute drive to groceries and food places too.

I loved this house!

This house was more than amazing. It was beyond clean, had everything we could want and more (it was so well stocked we brought some things that we never would have needed to bring), super spacious, comfortable, air conditioning was the right temperature. Everything was simple and easy when entering. I would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Florida. It was perfect for my husband and I and our pups for our Disney vacation. Oh let me not forget my favorite part, the beautiful backyard and the amazing pool. If I could keep this place forever I would! The owners were great and answered any questions we had, and were always pleasant. If your considering this place, don’t think about it, book it!

Amazing House

We were visiting family in the area plus some Florida attractions and this house met all our needs and more. We arrived late at night but we got into the home without an issue. The house was spotless, and the pool was clean and remained clean our whole stay. The neighborhood was very quiet (we were there for 10 days and even the weekends was quiet). My daughter loved the lights in the bedroom and she had a blast at the ping pong table and in the pool. There were several floats to use too. The house also was well stocked and had every kitchen appliance we needed. We can’t wait to visit again. I highly suggest everyone to book this home on your next stay.

My brothers and I stayed at Yessenia & Caelos's home for a boy's golf weekend. It was a wonderful experience. From the large TV's to the BBQ Grill (Which is huge) and the three comfortable beds i would go back again. Also, the kitchen was big and that helped as we cooked in Saturday night.

Our family stayed here for 10 days. Its a quiet neighborhood with overnight security at the gate. The place is easy to get to and has driveway parking. It is close to the turnpike so travelling to and from attractions /parks is easy. It has a nice backyard area with the pool, firepit and covered sitting areas with a fence all the way around. The house is large and has plenty of room, but note the bedrooms are upstairs. We just had 4 people but it would be comfortable for another family easily. The host was very helpful and replied immediatly to any communication and check in and out was super easy. We would stay there again for sure.
