The house is in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Sleeps 6+ guest in 3 bedrooms. Master bedroom has a private master bath. Close to local shopping, Walmart, dining and attractions.

my family loved it the pool was great. had to get my kids to stop swimming so we could go places. it's located at a great area. i would go there again.

Jhan answered all our questions right away and his house worked great for my family of 5. My children loved the pool which was very clean. It was great to have a place to lounge on down days of our vacation. The location is very residential and quiet. Check in was easy with keyless entry. The house was very clean with everything you need for a few days stay. House its self could use with some professional TLC.

Wonderful Stay!

My whole family enjoyed their stay here. It was just what we were looking for. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area to enjoy the outside while drinking our coffee or having evening family chats about our day.

Great house! Clean, spacious and has everything you will need to feel at home. The host was very welcoming and answered right away. Would love to come back to be able to enjoy the pool, weather during my trip was not the best. Recommend this place, also close to parks and stores.

10/10 Stay. The house is lovely and the pool is amazing. 4 adults and 2 babies. The babies loved the floor plan and separate living room. Checking in was great and the host was the absolute best. Will try to stay here again if available.

Everything was as pictures . My children enjoyed the playroom the most . I wish the weather permitted for us to use the pool . With there being soo many doors to the yard , you do need to supervise your young children to make sure they do not go out & get in the pool . The place was decorated for the holiday season , which was a plus .

The place was very clean and organized. They accommodated my small gathering and made sure I was comfortable. The ice machine was not working, but the fridge was cold enough to keep items cool. The back porch was nice and had easy access to the bathroom. The pool was frigid, like an ice plunge, but it was refreshing for me. The shower was amazing, the water stayed hot, and they had shower gel and shampoo stocked. The TV was fully equipped with all the apps; we watched Stranger Things with ease. We played games and ordered food, and there was definitely enough space for everyone to relax.

Always a great time!

This is our second time staying here and it is always a great time! House is always clean and smells nice. Pool is deep which is a plus for me and my fiancé because we are very tall. Just wish it was heated, still a good swim during the day time. Great communication with host which is a plus!! Definitely putting this home in our years Florida rotation!! Thanks a lot!!

They were very respectful and responses were quick and kind. The house is clean, and well equipped. The only downfall was the master room gets very warm while rest of house is cool, but they had a fan and that helped tremendously! The pool is a salt water pool and SO nice. We will be staying again, SOON! Already planning to book again! This home is worth renting.

Second Stay

This was our Second Stay here! We love the location, the friendliness of the hosts, and the cleanliness of the house. We will continue choosing this house because of the Salt water pool, location, etc. The only issue itself is the Master room gets very hot even with ac on, so you’ll need a fan if you love the cold like myself. However, They do have one there for your usage! There were no complaints my previous stay and none now either! Looking forward to booking again, soon!

I travel ALOT, so this isnt coming from someone who has no experience staying in rental homes. I would absolutely never stay here again. Pros: Good water pressure and the pool water is wet. Cons: Pool is falling apart, several sections of broken tile on the pool and my kid cut there foot on a broken tile that was laying in the bottom of the pool. No handrail to get in and out of the pool, patio area was done with indoor tile and they are beyond slippery (wife and daughter both fell on it). Large pile of broken floor tiles in backyard. Air conditioning barely works in master bedroom. No extra blankets for the pull out couch. Had to contact the owner to get wash clother, cause there was only one in the entire house and it took more than a full day to get wash clothes. We had 5 people staying in the house, got in Wednesday and didnt get wash clothes until Friday morning after 9am when we should have already been on our way to SeaWorld. Washer and dryer in the unit, but they dont get you any washing mashing pods, so you better get laundry soap if you need to use them. Master bed is horribly uncomfortable and it dips into the center. Master bedroom ceiling fan is broken. Someone came over to the backyard during our stay (unannounced) because stuff in the backyard had moved. Air vents cover was dirty and the air filter was pushed in and falling apart, didn't look like it ever gets changed. There a nail / staple sticking out the wall in back bathroom ans my wife tore her suit

Great Family Vacation!

This property was fun for the entire family. Great amenities, close to major attractions, and restaurants. The kids loved the pool, which is where we spent most of our time. We would stay here again!
