About the host
Hosted by Douglas A Kangur
Hi there! I'm an avid traveler and have stayed at hosted properties all over the country. I LOVE Savannah! This is my second stint as a Savannah resident. I've now lived here about 5 years. The second time was because I came down to escape the New Hampshire winters and planned on staying only a month until the chill of winter dissipated in New Hampshire. It was the I realized I should have never left Savannah in the first place and sold everything up north and moved back to this beautiful city.
Why they chose this property
Funny thing, i actually stayed at an Airbnb right next store when I came down for my winter break. I loved the neighborhood and the convenience of having exceptional restaurants, grocery store and a beautiful park right down the block.
What makes this property unique
It's a 100+ year old home that seems to be constantly be renovated. I saw the property for sale and had to have it. I saw the potential.
