Cozy Trailside Studio - near National Forest

Ride or hike home to your cozy adventure hub, located directly trailside on the Avon Preserve. With Beaver Creek Resort a ten minute drive and Vail Mountain Resort 20 minutes up the road you can ski close by and then relax for après with unobstructed mountain and valley views from the large deck. White River National Forest and its infinite open space is just a half mile away.

The studio is a self-contained lockoff apartment with all the features you need for adventure and work. Extremely clean and uncluttered with an extra large laundry/gear room featuring multiple closets and bike and ski hangers. Though a walkout basement, the studio receives tons of gorgeous sunlight and enjoys big valley views. Setup for remote work, the studio has its own wifi channel and a counter height table perfect for sitting or standing. Living trailside means quick breaks include great hikes or bike rides (plus a quick zip to the mountain for a few runs).

The studio is attached to our home and we're generally around, enjoying life adjacent to White River National Forest.
