Great location. Rent a golf cart, makes island so much easier to navigate. Great location for Blues week. You can see alot of the show from yard. Great dock and little private beach. Perfect for family kids.

Kitchen had ALL the utensils, pans, pots and silverware you will need. Bedrooms and living area very clean and rooms awesome!!!! We caught around 70 mullet to fry and smoke on the private pier. Nice deck on back with CLEAN propane grill. One level house which is AWESOME!!! The only thing you may need is Kitchen drying towels and maybe an electric skillet if you make a big meal for family. EXCELLENT PLACE AND WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN!!!

This house is COMFORTABLE, Homey and all the little things that it offers makes it where you’re ok with staying in and or relaxing on the dock with a book ! I enjoyed my short stay immensely !

Quaint little beach house

We really enjoyed this little beach house. We live in town and just wanted a quick little Get away for a few days, and it was perfect! Would definitely like to return one day.

Family trip - Great house on bay....

Very nice property with great access to beach. The beach chairs and bikes are a big bonus. Fished everyday in the erly morning and hit the beach in the afternoon. Loved it!

Very nice, quiet location, sunset view were fantastic. Water access was a major plus. Only minor thing was that the outdoor grill was missing parts, I had to put a roaster pan under it to catch drippings. Overall it was as advertised. Would book again!!!!

Beautiful and relaxing

The house was clean with lots of linens and amenities. Beautiful bay and sunset view. The beach service was a huge plus! Great place to relax with your furry family. Thank you for a great trip and we will definitely return. ☀️😎

Absolutely beautiful

Home was absolutely lovely. Well, furnished and perfectly aligned with our needs. The sunsets from the back porch were beautiful. The dock worked perfectly for our boat and evening fishing. The home is beautifully decorated, and we felt completely at home

Christmas vacation

A great little house right on the Santa Rosa inlet and a short walk to a public beach access. Neighbor is very quiet.Kitchen is well stock for a group that wants to cook their own meals rather than eat out. Beds are comfortable.

Nice getaway in a cozy beach home

We enjoyed our stay. Location is excellent, the home is cozy, clean, and positioned nicely on the bay side. Weather was beautiful and evening walks were wonderful. Couple of small issues with limited housing supplies: trash bags, coffee filters, etc., but I’m a bit of a stickler for details. All in all it was comfortable and we will most likely return.

Thank you so much for staying with us! It is iportant to note, we supply just the intial trash bags, and do not stock the homes with filters, spices, etc for sanitary reasons.

"Misleading Property Description – Docking Not as Advertised"

Overall, we enjoyed our stay—the kids loved the water and the house was comfortable and well-equipped. Check-in was easy, and a broken grill was quickly repaired the next day. Unfortunately, the dock access described in the listing was misleading, as the owner’s boats occupied the entire dock, forcing us to bring our boat from Day Break daily and miss evening cruises. We also received an unexpected ordinance violation when paddleboards and a kayak were left on what turned out to be public beach access during lunch. No water sports equipment was left on the beach overnight! We did make a trip to the store for cleaning supplies and garbage bags, simple little housing keeping things!

Regarding the dock, the owner does keep a boat at the property; however, there is still room available to accommodate a guest boat as well. We understand there may have been some confusion around the dock setup, and we appreciate you sharing that perspective so we can review how the listing describes the space. We also understand the frustration of receiving an ordinance violation, especially when you were only away for lunch and did not leave any water sports equipment on the beach overnight.
