Welcome to The Crappie Cove. Come stay and bring the whole family (pets included) at this spacious 2600 sq ft waterfront retreat! Enjoy some of the best fishing on Clarks Hill Lake, catching crappie and bass right from the dock!! Bring your boat and water toys and enjoy all the lake has to offer! Watch the deer graze off the back deck in the mornings, and grill burgers and enjoy the sunset in the evenings! Cuddle up on the 10 person sofa and watch your favorite movie on the big screen! Numerous golf courses and state parks within minutes. Soap Creek Marina, and Back Paddle Brewing Company are just a stone's throw away!! I guarantee you and your family are going to have the 'crappiest' time of your life here at The Crappie Cove.

Fishing tournament for highschool

Not enough blankets, not enough room in refrigerator and freezer. We had 10 people staying . Kids had a good time at the dock swimming after fishing all day. It would be a wonderful place for couples.

Took a trip with my dad. Enjoyed the lake and friendliness of the owner. Not a lot of local places to shop or eat so be prepared to bring your groceries.

Golf trip

4 ladies traveled to Mccormick SC to play golf and this was one of the only houses in the area to rent. Very spacious house with plenty of room. The bed arrangements worked out because the host provided an air matress. The bunk beds weren't ideal for women in their 60s. The kitchen could have used more utensils and lamps in the bedrooms would have been very helpful. I would recommend this house and would stay there again.

Lakehouse Stay 05/2024

Very nice home in a beautiful area. Short walk through the woods to get to the dock. The view is beautiful there. Rented a boat from marina that is only 6 min away. Marina also has a restaurant (Williemacs) that had good food and drink. It is open thurs-sat. The lake was so peacefull with plenty of fingers off the main body of water. would definitely like to see it in the fall when the leaves change color. Caleb's house was plenty big and had all the amenities you needed. Very quiet and peacefull.15 min away is South Carolina where there is a Food Lion for groceries. If your looking for a place to eat, most restaurants in the area are closed Sun, Mon, Tue and Wed El Sombrero mexican restaurant is a great place excellent food and drink China one has good food and is open 7 days a week River grille in South Carolina is on the 18th green of the Tara club and has good food and drink

From Aiken, SC. I used to come to this very lake for years fishing and boating, so finally being able to have a place for not only my family and I, but to share for others to enjoy is awesome!

Why they chose this property

This 'neighborhood' is quiet. Just 4 homes, no HOA and 1+ acre lots so plenty of space. 5 mins into downtown Lincolnton and 1/2 mile from Soap Creek Marina

What makes this property unique

I think the size and location make this one stand out. It definitely has lakehouse vibes on the inside, but is big enough for the whole family to join comfortably. Having its own boat slip, and being by the boat ramp and marina are definitely huge bonuses
