We enjoyed our two night stay at this lovely home on the lake. The master bedroom was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed sipping morning coffee on the tranquil screened in back porch offering a beautiful view. This home had everything that we both needed for a very comfortable stay.

We had another lovely stay on Caravel Circle. The owners are great and have the townhouse stocked with everything you might need. The porch is wonderful for morning coffee and evening drinks looking out on the lake. The location is great within the neighborhood - near Tara golf course and the River Grill and not too far from the rec center.

Only problem I seen is this rental is a three bedroom but only one room had a t.v. other than that everything was on point. The host Mr. Merriman was very helpful and polite.

Wonderful Family Vacation

We had a great stay in early May at this lakefront property for our family of six (age 17 and up). The house was spacious, with a comfortable family room and dining area that made it easy for us to enjoy games and movies together. Our young adult kids had a great time on the water —fishing, kayaking, and canoeing (such a bonus to have the boats provided!). (Note: The backyard is sloped and has a good bit of underbrush leading to the water, so we found that closed-toes shoes were the best for navigating it.)One of our favorite features was the screened-in balcony porch. It was the perfect spot for relaxing mornings with coffee. And there were plenty of chairs so that we each had a spot. (Note: Though not specifically mentioned in the description at the time of our booking, this property is duplex-style…so the back deck seen in the photos is not part of the property.)We were also pleasantly surprised to find some thoughtful extras like binoculars for birdwatching (especially loved watching the woodpeckers!) and corn-hole for outdoor fun.We also enjoyed taking advantage of the guest passes to the recreation center, and spent a day there swimming in the pools, playing table tennis, and enjoying a jumbo hot pretzel. :) (Note: There was a 10 per person fee per day to use the facilities, with an extra fee for bowling.)The hosts…very communicative and accommodating (thanks, Paul!). We’d love to come back for a return stay!
