About The Condo:
2nd floor unit (elevator) in Building 5 which is next to the Windswept condo playground. Open floor plan with carpet throughout (perfect for toddlers and crawlers)! There’s a full toy box in the living room, books, games and art supplies. And plenty of pool toys available for fun days at the wave pool and pool complex.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a TV, and 2 desks with extra monitors and a printer in case you need to work. The master bath has a jetted tub, separate shower, and 2 sinks. The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds with an extra mattress that slides out on the floor. The kids bathroom has a bathtub and a step stool so little ones can reach the sink.

In the kitchen you’ll find high end extras - a juicer, blender, nutri-bullet and cocktail glassware and cooking and baking supplies. Spices in the cabinet are available for your use. The Living Room is a large play space and the wood block dining room table is perfect for art projects.

Relax on the outdoor deck on 2 comfy chairs or eat at the built-in banquette with seating for 6.

In the storage unit you’ll find crabbing equipment and fishing poles for the on-site fishing pond and piers (we will give you directions).

We provide sheets and towels. We have smart TV’s with apps and there’s cable in the living room.

About The Community
There’s so much to do a week won’t seem like enough time! The Lakeside Village has 4 pool areas:
- Indoor pool with hot tub
- Outdoor adult pool, hot tub and tiki bar
- Wave pool with beach and putt-putt course, plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas
- New “activities pool” with a Wibit obstacle course, kids splash area, water lounge chairs and cabanas.

The fitness center houses a fully equipped gym, locker rooms, game room, sauna, and spa for massage and facials.

Tne entire gated community is built around an award winning 18 hole Jack Nicklaus golf course and backs up to Indian River Bay that includes a beach and pier. You are welcome to play golf for an extra Club fee. Tennis and pickle ball are also available to you and there is a full basketball court. Kayaks, paddleboards and bikes are available for a nominal rental fee.

There are 2 restaurants on the property, the Terrace Grille which is adjacent to the adult pool and fitness center, and The Clubhouse which sits at the end of the golf course.

A second and larger playground is located in the Marina Bay neighborhood. There are 2 places to fish and 2 places to crab in the community as well as a Nature Center with a walking pier and beautiful views of the estuary. The community is very walking and bike friendly.

About The Area
The Peninsula is located in Millsboro, which is approximately 15 miles to downtown Rehoboth Beach and 15 miles to downtown Lewes.

There are 4 sets of Tanger Outlets that have great shopping. The Midway has a large movie theater, small water park and go carts. Jungle Jim’s is a larger water park that’s closer to downtown Rehoboth.

Rehoboth is known for beaches, great restaurants, shopping, live music, and plenty of family fun.

Our family has enjoyed this beach condo at The Peninsula for 15 years. We have rented our condo out before but it’s been a while so we lost our VRBO profile with our reviews which were all positive. I like to talk all my renters briefly before they book so I can provide all the details of the property because the club rules can get confusing.
