★ Laundry is in the basement and this space is shared with downstairs tenants but the machines are dedicated for our guests' use and are not shared. 

★ The yard is very small and not fenced, so dogs may need to be walked on a leash.

★ A unique code will be generated for you to access to the home via the smart lock on the side door.
