The property is very nice, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect and just steps from the beach! Everyone on staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sanibel, and specifically Ocean’s Reach, for a serene and peaceful getaway!

Able to relax while on vacation, steps to the beach, wonderful views from balcony, perfect shelling excursions up and down the beach, all while able to make simple meals to save a few dollars and get a good nights sleep. Right on one of the best shelling beaches. Nice property, good value for the money. Took a day trip to some other beaches but mainly stayed here.
