Our overall experience was excellent! The property is clean and well maintained, from the grounds to the condo all the way to the pool and walkway to the beach. There are sprayers to help with the no-see-ems (but I’m not sure there’s much they can do with them). You can tell they are constantly maintaining the grounds. The condo was perfectly updated, clean, comfortable, and very spacious for a one bedroom. Everything you need is available onsite; towels, bikes, kayaks, all of it. You really don’t even need to leave the island. The stay was perfect, kitchen stocked with utensils, starter paper towels, dishwasher packs, same for laundry. And who can complain about being beachfront on private property. Shelling was pretty amazing, especially post storm. And a couple mornings there were dolphins zipping in the water for some fish. Such an amazing experience, wonderful stay and comfortable atmosphere! Thank you for sharing, we hope to be back again!

Thank you so much for this wonderful review! We’re thrilled your stay was everything you hoped for. It means a lot to hear that the care we put into the grounds, condo, and beach access came through (though you’re right—the no-see-ems have a mind of their own!). We’re so glad you enjoyed the onsite amenities and got to experience the shelling and dolphin sightings—those are the moments that make Sanibel so special. Guests like you are exactly who we hope to welcome back. The door is always open anytime you’d like to return!
