Cozy/Relaxing Retreat in the 💖 of Mammoth, near 🏔⛷❄️🏌️🏊‍♀️🌊

The characterization of our newly remodeled condo as having “maintenance issues and things not working as advertised” creates a false and misleading impression of both the property and what actually occurred. The stovetop worked properly for more than four days of the stay before an unexpected electrical failure occurred. Once we were allowed access for the repair, it was promptly fixed, and the technician confirmed the cause was a failed electrical breaker. The stovetop is fully operational. The issue was first reported on the evening of July 29 during the July 25–August 1 stay. We immediately began troubleshooting and arranged for our unit manager and an appliance technician to assist. When access while the unit was unoccupied was declined, our ability to complete the repair sooner was limited. Although the issue affected only the latter portion of the stay, we still provided a $100 refund for the inconvenience. We take maintenance concerns seriously and make every effort to resolve unexpected issues as quickly as circumstances and guest access allow.
