Wonderful Stay
I can't recommend this rental enough. I booked it for the month of May for Fordham University's graduation. I was able to extend my stay by 3 days at the front end and 2 days at the back end with short notice. The house was extremely clean. There were plenty of linens available, and the kitchen was well-stocked with supplies. There was an abundance of storage room including in the bedrooms and bathroom. All appliances were basically new and in excellent working order. The furniture was comfortable and would easily accommodate 3 people. The rental really felt like mine while I was there rather than someone's place that I was renting. Communication with the property manager was super speedy and polite. Entrance and exit were simple. I had a small pup with me, and it was perfect for the both of us. People on City Island were extremely friendly. The abundance of restaurants was staggering, and each one I tried was excellent. Last note: if you're a Fordham parent (with your own vehicle) this is a perfect spot to rent. It's about 5 miles from campus and takes about 20-25 minutes to travel to and from.
