Beautiful Villa by the Beach close to beach

I was surprise to see so many negative comments and as these things do not happen in a vacuum, I’am left to wonder what the motive was since all prior reviews have been 5 star and with that being said I will address issues Admit to missing strip which repairman has to order and get from USA but did not stop blind from opening manually. 2 the tv sets are new and in full working order only needed to hit input button and switch to Cable 3 computer and printer left in the event in guest need such items, as sometimes guest want to print something 4 Bahamian building codes are strict why would an interior bedroom door that open on a landing need a rail? 5 The two split systems in bedrooms are less than a year old 6 My mother who check in is the resident manager with extensive tourism background for both properties and there is a 200mph hurricane proof door and a laundry room to separate efficiency from main house 7 guest requested a grill which was purchased to accommodate them On day in question guest were checked in and they had no questions or concerns. A few minutes later a call was received from VRBO advising that guest complained that they did not feel safe because the resident manager lived in efficiency and the tv was not working. I advised VRBO Rep that if they wished to leave no issue and they can refund them. I later went to property and found gate and door unlocked and guest gone….nothing never said or sent to me until this review came out…..
