All our properties are smoke free. We don't allow smoking on the premises. Our kitchen is fully equipped and are confused bout the smoking and the kitchen. Also, we are using Terminex as our pest control services. A simple phone call could have addressed your issues. A pest control call could have been made. Yes, we are in Florida! As to A/C the temperatures in December are rather comfortable and we are using a Green friendly Thermostat (Nest) from Google for optimized comfort.

The lawn service generally always arrives unannounced, this is the first time someone addresses this inconvenience. We strive to keep our properties clean, and well manicured. Thank you for elaborating on the positive of the property e.g beaten path and well equipped, well decorated and basic all supplemented with a nice well equipped kitchen with a wine cooler. Yes, the modern bathroom with shower is very well suited for the unit. The bed is a Queen size bed to sleep 2 people comfortably, and also is the pull-out sofa in the living area. You description of the nice patio surrounded which is surrounded with Palm and Tropical fruit trees of Citrus, Mangoes, Bananas and Papayas is also well taken. The BBQ unit for unit happened to be out for maintenance. Sorry, about that. We have currently opted to intall permanent charcoal grills as the are more user friendly and easier to maintain. The shared bike vs. rental is an added value at the option of very tenant. The small issues about garbage disposal could have quickly been resolved with a phone call tor some use of the basic cleaning products that are supplied in the home. As to beach proximity the maps and distance location is advertised 1.5 mile to both Vanderbilt and Delnor- Wiggins.
