Harbour Tower 316: Beautiful Gulf views from the 3rd floor screened-in, balcony of this Sanibel Harbour, FL vacation rental. This condo is well-appointed with a delightful palate of neutral, cranberry, dark yellow and green tones to make up an appealing Florida style decor. Our condos come with fully equipped Kitchens to make cooking your meals easy. There is an HD TV with DVD Player in the living room, an HD TV in the master and TV in the guest bedroom. Enjoy a meal on your furnished balcony while watching for dolphins in the water below! King bed in the master and two twins in the guest bedroom. Walk-in closet and separate soaking tub in the master bath. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 6 people. This condo has free wifi and no telephone service available.

A wonderful getaway

We enjoyed our quiet relaxing getaway. When we weren’t at the beach or the pool, we were enjoying the beautiful view from our porch!

Great place to stay with family

We stayed here over our spring break with the kids (8 and 12) and had a great time. The kids really loved the spacious pool, and all of the facilities were great. I was able to use the grill area at least once while there, which was great to have, and everyone really liked the condo that we stayed in. The entire facility is clean, convenient, and overall a very relaxing and convenient place to stay.

Excellent accommodations with a beautiful view

The location was perfect for a short girls weekend. Everything was clean and all the little supplies we needed were there. Enjoyed sitting in the screened patio. Perfect view! We would definitely recommend staying here!

Fort Myers Visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit in Fort Myers. The condo met our needs perfectly! It was spacious, clean and had every amenity we could need. We would definitely rent there in the future.

Girls getaway

Perfect view. Pool was perfect. View of ocean was outstanding. People in the community were so friendly. Building was quiet. Private beach was great.

Paradise

Our stay was a short weekend. My boys had space to spread out. They absolutely loved the pool. I loved bringing a chair and sitting on the shore just enjoying the water. It really was a piece of Paradise.

The unit could use more than 6 coffee mugs. Also, found a cabinet above sink broken and beyond repair. We did put a post it on it. Otherwise it was a wonderful experience, thank you.

Unit needs to be updated

The shower door does not close. Instead of fixing it or replacing it, someone provided a laminated sign stating how to lift and close (better). I did and got stuck in there and had to have my husband get me out. Other than the dishwasher and microwave, it looks like nothing in the entire unit has been updated since it was built decades ago, including the couch and bedding. The quilt/cover on the king bed was filthy and faded. I don't want to imagine what was on it. It would not fit in the tiny washing machine or I would have washed it myself. I pulled out a cotton blanket from the closet to use instead and it looked like one large corner area was covered in urine or some other yellow stain. I did wash it and it came clean. The only saving grace for this unit is the balcony and nice location.

The place was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of the water. Close to Sanibel and Captiva islands. Several good places to eat nearby.

Best place I’ve ever stayed!

Simple. A reservation specialist was a phone call away, both before and during our stay. Very quiet condo, in a building by itself at the end of a peninsula. Beautiful landscaping. Stunning sunset views every night. Pool and private small beach on the property. I want to come back here again! I loved it!!

Beautiful views, very well maintained

Beautiful views off the screened balcony. Pool and private beach just steps off the elevator. Close to Ft Meyers and Sanibel for many dining options. Next door to Marriott with amenities including a sunset dinner cruise. Unit was clean and well stocked with beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, etc. Only complaint was older neighbors on balconies below talking loud at 6 and 7am making it hard to sleep, when quiet hours are posted as 10pm-8am.

Loved the view, pool, and location !!

The location was unbelievably convenient. So easy to do our day trips and great restaurants so close. The only thing that needs to be fixed is no hot water( not even warm ) in the front bathroom shower and the masterbath shower needs better water volume/flow. The masterbath closet also needs lightbulb.

Weekend Getaway for the Family

We had a wonderful time at the "Crab House" as we affectionately called this home away from home. Beautiful space for all of us to spread out or spend family time together. Loved the view, the beach, the pool and more. We definitely will be coming again! Thank you for your hospitality!
