We equipped every bedroom with a Smart TV and Smart Bed.
Your kitchen includes all cooking essentials and the third floor includes a common study area with desks and personal computer.

The space
• Five bedrooms, two full bathrooms.
• Smart TVs in the living room and each bedroom, with access to any of your streaming subscriptions and complementary Sling TV service.
• Play on our two slot machines (tokens cannot be exchanged for money, this is purely for fun)
• Adjustable beds in each bedroom.
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• House is equipped with an arcade, slot machines, and laser projectors.
• Small office area with desk and computer on the third floor.
• Clean towels and linens are provided.
• Combo washer/dryer in the upstairs bathroom.
• The house is one side of a duplex and the front porch and back yard is shared.

PARKING: Parking is limited! There is space for one car behind the house. If you are bringing additional cars, you will need to find on-street parking. The best places are along North 4th Street or Tompkins Street. Typically you can find spaces within two to three blocks of the house.
CAMERAS: In order to prevent parties, there are two Ring cameras on the property that record all motion in the front and back yards. They are attached to the front and back porches of the house and face outward so they cannot record the interior of the house in any way.
5% of the proceeds from all stays are donated to Nationwide Children's Hospital.

Why they chose this property
Proximity to OSU's campus, Clintonville, downtown (straight shot down Summit or HIgh St.), and event center including Historic Crew Stadium. Proximate to, though well-insulated from, I-71. Also, the character, resilience, quality and design of the historic housing inventory in SOHUD.
What makes this property unique
We meticulously and thoroughly renovated and modernized this century old craftsman. We added luxury conveniences, while integrating the home's original design with classical era Egyptian and Greek themes throughout.
