Welcome to our fully renovated 4-bedroom economy home in the up-and-coming area of Franklinton! This cheerful residence features modern finishes like vinyl floors, granite countertops, and fully renovated bathrooms and kitchen. Relax on the large patio with a cold drink or glass of wine.
Inside, you'll find three bedrooms upstairs: a king suite with an en-suite bathroom, and two queen bedrooms sharing a full bath. The third floor has a queen bedroom, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a spacious office.
The lower level includes a cozy living room with a pool table and bar seating, a fully stocked kitchen with complimentary coffee, and a half bath. Enjoy movie nights on the smart 50-inch TV from the comfy L-shaped couch. The house also features a washer and dryer with cleaning supplies.
High-speed Wi-Fi is available, and we provide shampoo, body wash, towels, and washcloths for your convenience. Ample windows let in plenty of natural light, making this the perfect home away from home!

The house is amazing - four bedrooms, three full baths and one half bath. Full size washer and dryer. Great, fully stocked kitchen with all the pots and pans and dishes you would need

It was a cute place, very clean inside. Owner needs to provide more utensils in the kitchen and definitely more kitchen towels. I would recommend.

The house is for sale. The outside is in rough shape but looks like the host is upgrading the inside. Ssomeone did show on Saturday and mowed and picked up trash left in yard. Number 4 pool ball missing and pool table is not level and worn. Couldn't really play. Insufficient towels for 6 adults. Was only provided 8 towels, 5 hand towels and no wash cloths. No top sheets on the beds but found them in the closet as we were preparing to leave which was too late. The AC is weak / nonexistent on the 2nd and 3rd floors. It was hot. The main level has AC but the rest of the house's vents were limited so AC, especially on 3rd level was nonexistent. Host did provide fans, but it was hot in the bedrooms even with the fans.
