家は、アゾレス諸島のサンミゲルにあるユニークな自然環境であるファーナス渓谷の保護された景観地域に位置しています。 家は完全に改造され、元の建設の大部分を尊重し、2016年3月にオープンし、新しいように見えます！

ガラス張りのエリアとベランダからは、周囲の丘から谷までのパノラマの景色を眺めることができます。 家庭には、果樹と芳香性のハーブのあるガーデンエリア、2つのバルコニー、屋外テラスがあります。 2台分の無料の専用駐車場もあります。 すべての屋内および屋外エリアはゲストのみアクセス可能です。
この自炊式の家は、リラックスした休暇に理想的な場所です。いくつかのハイキングトレイルに到着し、すぐそばにある「ポサダベイハ」で温泉を楽しむことができます。

Furnas Stay

Great stay. Excellent location. There is an amazing thermal pool across the street! It is easy to walk to many of the tourist sites within Furnas and to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed staying in Furnas. As an American, the parking in the driveway is TIGHT. I had to climb over the passenger side ounce parked to exit my car when both cars were in the driveway. I recommend renting a tiny car if you will have 2 cars. But having a place to park your car is essential. The house can clearly be divided into two apartments but we rented the whole thing. There is a loft bedroom above the kitchen with 2 twin beds but no door. It was very loud when anyone walked in the loft area . We used the upstairs kitchen as it was on the same level as the bedrooms and the backyard but we needed to supplant supplies from the lower kitchen such as a frying pan with a flat bottom. Overall a great stay in a perfect location. The backyard was amazing. The kids loved the hammock and the view of the mountains was gorgeous everyday.

Perfect location!

Perfect location in Furnas, right in front of Dona Beija hot springs, with supermarkets, cafes and restaurants in walking distance. Comfortable house with all necessary amenities. Not the best for people with reduced mobility due to stairs. Paulo Franco is very responsive and helpful. Overall we had an excellent stay!

Furnas Valley Design House

We recently took a family vacation to San Miguel and decided to rent a house so we could all be together - 4 brothers and their wives - all in our 70's. This very nice contemporary house would be great for younger guests but not great for older, less mobile guests. The house is on 3 floors with two staircases. First floor has small living area and kitchen and a small bath with a shower. Second floor has 3 bedrooms sleeping 2 each, a larger kitchen and a larger full bath. Third floor contains another bedroom that sleeps 2. It was not conducive to group socializing. It is located directly across from some very popular thermal baths (open 7 am to 11 pm!) and is also a gathering spot for town locals so the noise level was pretty high except during sleeping hours. Paulo and his wife were very responsive to our needs and Furnas is beautiful!

Wonderful place

This house is very nice, the garden is big and surround the house, it is possibile to have breakfast and Dinner, there is also barbecue. The kitchen has the Window on the garden, the Rooms are full of light , we where in 4 and for us Was perfect . The position in front of Dona Beja termal baths is perfect , you can go there in the evening after Dinner , 3 minutes walk. There is also a very good restaurant Miroma . Furnas is a nice Town With a lot of place to visit ( botanic park, Caldeiras, lake, termal baths) so also the place is very good . I hope to come back next year !

Furnas is Beautiful!

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It had all the comforts of home. We went to the hot springs every morning before the rush hour. The market next door was very convenient to pick up fresh bread and coffee. Off street parking was another nice perk. Although the corner is busy and people hang out in your front ledge, by midnight everything is quiet.

Literally "home away from home"!

Furnas Valley Design House was the perfect place for us to stay in Furnas; it is comfortable, spotless and very roomy, even with 6 of us sharing it. The kitchen is new and very efficient; we used all the amenities, washer, dryer, bbq grill, bikes, we lacked nothing, not even robes to walk down to the hot springs. It truly was like being home. The location of the house is perfect in Furnas, right accross from the hot spring baths (Poça da Dona Beija) which we enjoyed tremendously, every single day! The village itself is a gem, people are friendly, there are many good restaurants, but if you rather eat in, stores are just walking distance. Paulo, the owner, was very helpful and attentive to our needs, only an email away. He recommended many activities to do and places to see on the island. We will most definitely return, thank you Paulo for providing us with such a beautiful home in Furnas.

excellent new house next to hot springs

Excellent newly remodeled house in the best part of Furnas next to the hot springs. Everything is brand new. Comfortable beds. Laundry. Dishwasher. Dual kitchen. Two showers/baths. 4 bedrooms. TV and Internet. It's the perfect location with the hot springs, good restaurants, and beautiful views from the balconies, along with hikes/bikes to Furnas lake and short drives to the best beaches. The owners are super friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, and accommodating, willing to go the extra mile to make your stay as welcoming as possible. Couldn't have asked for more. Extremely happy with our stay. Best experience on the island! Thanks for everything!

Einfach perfekt!

Vollkommen korrekte Beschreibung, sehr sauber, alles neu hergerichtet, sehr modern und mit Stil eingerichtet, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Gute Lage, kleiner Lebensmittelladen direkt ans Haus angrenzend, Einkaufen ist wie schnell in den Keller gehen..... Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, problemlose Terminvereinbarung und Kontaktaufnahme. Furnas ist schon durch seine Lage im Krater des Vulkans etwas von der Außenwelt abgekoppelt, aber da die Insel nicht besonders groß ist, werden alle Ziele schnell erreicht. Diese Haus kriegt auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung für unsere Freunde!

Férias inesqueciveis nos Açores

Foram umas férias maravilhosas numa excelente localização nas Furnas, mesmo ao lado das piscinas de água quente D. Beija. A casa possui tudo o que precisamos, incluindo robes para ir até à piscina, mesa exterior para pequeno almoço e uma rede de jardim maravilhosa para relaxar ao fim do dia. Furnas foi uma boa escolha para ficar pois fica no centro da ilha, e com muito para ver.

Excelente arquitectura e designe interior.Com varandas e jardim. Belíssimo enquadramento paisagístico. Junto aos relaxantes banhos termais da Poça da D. Beja. Excelentes restaurante nas imediações. Ao lado de mini mercado. Voltaremos sem duvida.
