Situated just a short walk from Gaudi's emblematic work in progress, the Sagrada Familia, this modern apartment is ideal for a family or group trip to Barcelona.

Hard wood contrasting against white walls runs throughout the entire apartment.

For something different, have a go at ice skating with facilities just one block away, or take a walk to Barceloneta beach. The Caspe apartment offers a wealth of opportunities in the Mediterranean capital.

The apartment is located in the historic Eixample Dreta area, with modernist façades, terrace cafés and grand avenues leading to Gaudí’s famous Sagrada Familia cathedral or down to the Arc de Triomf and Barcelona’s beautiful city park.

Eixample Dreta is a scenic area to explore; with a leisurely stroll to Passeig de Gracia or into the trendy El Borne barrio.

The Estació Nord bus station is located in this district and an abundance of public transports offer fast connections to Las Ramblas, El Gótico or the city beaches, in about 10 minutes.

Super helpful owner makes this a great choice!

The location WAS terrific, accomodations clean and large enough for our familly of four. Chelo communicated with us regularly about the upcoming visit, gave us transportation suggetions from the airport, arranged for a taxi in the middle of the night on New Years Eve and was available to answer questions when needed. She's great!

To make the stay more comfortable a few additional towels and dishes would be a nice addition. There's a wash machine which is great, but since everything needs to line dry towels can't be washed and used the same day.

Highly recommended.

Comfortable oasis for exploring Barcelona

This was one of two apts. we rented from the same hosts during a visit in early December. PROS: great location, quiet at night, easy access to restaurants, sights, and shopping, comfortable beds, modern bathroom, hot shower, kitchen with most supplies for cooking, excellent hosts who responds to needs, sunny apt. CONS: internet out 4 of 7 days rented, must supply own garbage bags (1given), bedroom with 2 twins not as inviting as other bedroom.

Tecnichal problems such as wifi are always unexpected and a problem on the wifi line service is when happens always difficult to control. And technitians not so fast as we would like. 1st time to Barcelona with my nieces

Chelo was so accommodating to our early arrival. Apartment was immaculate with everything you needed. Neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to so much. Locals so friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay, safe area and very centric.

The host was very helpfull and nice. The apt was really nice and everything went perfect for us in our stay. The area is very quiet and safe, very close to public transportation and to nice place to eat and markets. If we go back to Barcelona we will definitely stay in this place again.

Big, clean well located apartment.

Excellent location! - Excellent hostess!

Chelo was fantastic in every way. Taking the time to be thorough to show us how to use everything in the apartment. She was also very helpful and patient in answering our general questions and giving advice on what to see, where to go and how to do it, including the best method of buying the metro passes!

The apartment was as described. Modern and clean with everything you need including washing machine, AC, high-end kitchen, cooking utensils, flatware, etc.

The building is located in a safe neighborhood on a quite tree-lined street. The secure building has 2 lifts that work perfectly.

-The metro is just around the corner 5 minutes walk. From the apartment, we could easily walk directly west to Plac Catalunya near the gothic quarter (maybe 15 minutes), and Sagrada Familia was about the same distance directly north. If you choose not to walk, just jump on the metro 5 minutes away! There are many outdoor cafe's close by in different directions and there are fruit markets and supermarkets all within 1 to 3 blocks away depending on what you are looking for. Gracias Chelo! :)
