We will check the mattress to check whether it is in need of replacement, however, we know that any mattress will not necessarily be to every guest's liking. Upon further review, we have replaced the king mattress and box springs.

Thank you for your review Michelle. I don't have a record of any messages from you in regard to the presence of pests, however, would have been happy to treat for them if contacted. We do have homes treated for pests on a regularly scheduled basis and can have someone in to treat it again within 24 hours if a problem is reported

Thank you for taking the time to review our home. We have not altered the photos in any way and we provide the square footage of the home, so I am not sure why the size of the home was not clear. I note your concern about the recommendation on the AC setting. I also note that you mentioned that it was 115 degrees outside. We have not had a 115 degree day all year, so I am not sure where this reading came from. In addition, 75 degrees inside is the same temperature whether it is 90 or 115 outside, so I am not sure the relevance of this to your comfort. Further, AC has to run in cycles or it will freeze up. Residential AC units are designed to reduce the temperature by a minimum of 20 degrees. The temperatures in the area rarely get above 95, so we recommend a setting of 75 or above, so that the AC unit will be able to operate properly and continue to keep guests comfortable. In regard to commercial vehicles in Venetian Bay, you are correct, they are not allowed. Hopefully, this review will be helpful to future guests. While we warn about this, sometimes people might not understand things that will make a vehicle qualify as commercial.

Thank you for taking the time to review our home Alexis. I would not that you booked your December stay in June and we provided check in information at that time and you acknowledged receipt of the check in information at that time. We also provided check in information in November at the time of your final payment (which was paid late). In addition, when you arrived more than 4 hours before check in time and requested the check in information again, we provided this information to you within 30 minutes. Unfortunately, the guest who checked out the morning of your arrival checked out late, so we were only able to get the home cleaned by 5 pm. We also allowed you a late check out as a courtesy in light of this inconvenience. As you did not contact us at all during your stay, we do not know what issue you encountered with security at the resort, however, it might have had something to do with your very early arrival. AC filters are checked between each set of guests and replaced if needed.
