When you first raised your concerns, we promptly offered to send someone to inspect and address the reported issues. However, we received no response to that offer. During our subsequent phone conversation, we also offered you the option of checking out early. Despite the concerns you had expressed, you chose to remain at the property for the full duration of your reservation. Since you decided to continue your stay, we offered an additional partial refund as a goodwill gesture, while remaining willing to arrange an on-site inspection and address your concerns. However, you declined the refund, stating that the amount was insufficient, and we never received confirmation to proceed with the on-site assistance we had offered. Our pool receives regular professional maintenance. Following your departure, we inspected the property, followed up on the reported concerns, and completed the necessary maintenance. We take cleanliness, comfort, and property maintenance seriously. We remain committed to responding promptly and making every reasonable effort to resolve our guests’ concerns.
