The Tambor Villa is the perfect space for your Costa Rican getaway. Located in a very exclusive area, the Villa is about four miles outside the small fishing village of Tambor on the Nicoya Peninsula. Within walking distance to the beach, this property has ocean views from its rooftop terrace and an outdoor pool and spa.

The Villa is a very large property with privacy, exclusivity and character. Ready for your relaxation, this English-style home, features 3 bedrooms (1 downstairs and two upstairs) and 3 bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi tub. The entertainment area includes a flat screen TV and satellite TV. There is no Air Conditioning.

Looking for a view? Head to the roof-top terrace that overlooks the surrounding areas and has a splendid view of the ocean. Patio furniture is available to enjoy outside dining or an afternoon cocktail. The Villa Includes a state-of-the-art kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, utensils, dishware and flatware.

Daily maid service and cooking services are available upon request for an additional fee. If you choose to indulge in the cooking service, the chef will assist you in planning your menu and complete the grocery shopping needed. Security is located just outside the villa as well.

Privacy, nature, with all the amenities you could wish for close by!

PERFECT. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The house was beautiful, unique and fully equipped. You won't complain about the wildlife you see! White face monkeys, howler monkeys, Scarlet Mckaws, so many birds, you can't even name them all! Karyn and Jaun Carlos answered every question we had about the area, tours, groceries, doctors, everything! We are already planning our next trip in the fall!

Review of this villa

First the good news. Costa Rica is great, and the Nicoyan peninsula is really laid back and wonderful. Also, this house is eye candy. Montezuma and Cabo Blanco and St. Theresa and Mal Pais are all easily reachable, and the property manager Juan Carlos was very helpful. The house is very lovely, but is not "comfortable"; it needs lounging furniture, indoors and out. Also, if you plan on having sex, you better invite everyone in the house, as there are no indoor walls, and every sound can be heard in every bedroom!
