Detta är en av de bästa condosna i Orange Beach och längs Alabama Gulf Coast. Kom till det roliga i solen eller flyta ner i den lata floden. Phoenix West är en av de mest lyxiga bostadsrätterna på Gulfen! Utsikten mot öst och väst är otroligt från balkongen eller genom fönster från golv till tak i vardagsrummet. Med över 1.950 m² är enheten väldigt rymlig och överdådigt möblerad. Ingen kostnad skonades för din njutning och avkoppling. Vi har just installerat ett nyckelfärdigt entrélås på ytterdörren !! Det betyder att du och din familj inte behöver hålla några nötter under din vistelse, bara slå i en nummerkombination på knappsatsen och dörren låser upp!

Enheten är konstnärligt målade och professionellt dekorerad med rostfria vitvaror, skräddarsydda skåp, granitbänkskivor, våt bar med ismaskin, 46 "plattskärms-HDTV i vardagsrum med platt-TV och DVD i sovrummet, tvättstuga med full storlek tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng medan det andra sovrummet har en drottning och tvilling rulla säng och 2 dubbelsängar utgör det tredje sovrummet. Det finns också två bäddsoffa drottning sängar i vardagsrummet bör du behöva mer utrymme.

Det finns en lat flod, vattenrutschbana, utomhuspool med inhägnad kiddy pool, uppvärmd pool i poolen, två jacuzzis, toppmoderna gym, 2 bastur och tennisbanor på taket.

Det finns en 25-årig lägsta åldersgräns för att reservera enheten som kommer att verkställas utan återbetalning för överträdelse.

Wonderful OBA spot

My parents snowbird in this building and we appreciated having our own space for visiting them. Having the extra twin bed in the 3rd bedroom was great for us, teens aren’t particularly fond of sharing beds!The whole condo was very clean and comfortable, everything worked well. We had no issues so no communication with the property manager was necessary beyond the check in info.

Get what you pay for

Smelled like mildew - especially the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Dryer had standing water inside each morning (vent issue). Furnishings were a bit worn down. Location was great - view was incredible.

Orange Beach Condo

Was a beautiful location and very nice condo with a great view of the beach. The lazy river was very nice to have onsite. Parking was pretty easy and we were able to find a spot on the bottom level nearly the whole trip. The condo was missing a few essentials you may want to bring, like ordinary seasonings if you cook anything and regular dish soap.

Great stay at Orange Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, and clean! It was just as described! We even got a text saying we could check in a few hours early! The facilities were well kept and we felt secure the entire time we were there. The lazy river was a hit for the kids. We used to grills on site to cook supper one night! Saturday must be a popular check out day because we had to wait about 20 minutes to get on the elevator but every other day it wasn’t a problem. Overall it was a great experience and we would definitely rent from Phoenix West again.

Reviewer Comments: while the condo seems nice, it's clear it has been neglected for awhile. both couches need new cushions as they are hard to even sit on. The master mattress is hard as a rock and the ceiling fan needs to be replaced as it sounds like it's going to fall out of the ceiling. The view is wonderful and the building is very nice.

Love Phoenix West, Would Choose Another Unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Phoenix West and our 2nd time using this rental company. We love Phoenix West. A safe, clean property with friendly staff. My feedback for this unit would be that it was overall not clean. The linens were not clean with stains and hair present. The floors were not clean. There was sand and hair in all the bathrooms. One of the bathrooms had mold. The dining chairs had sand on the seats. It did not smell clean when we walked in. The trundle bed underneath the day bed was detached from the bed. The extra blankets didn’t smell clean. We just equate this with very poor execution by the cleaning company. It was definitely enough to make us not choose this unit again. However, Charlotte was who we dealt with with our booking and she was amazing! We had left something very valuable on accident in the unit after checking out and she went out of her way to be sure we were able to get it back. You really cannot put a price on honesty and that’s rare to find those types of people in this world today. So, thank you, Charlotte for your hospitality and taking good care of us!

Perfect location- would stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Easy to find and a great location. We had a group of 12 with kids ages 5-17 and everyone had a great time. Any issues I had previously read about in the reviews have been fixed so that was a very pleasant surprise. **here are our only cons to the condo(although none of these would keep us from returning!) *There are only 4 elevators to service all 29 floors which resulted in quite a long wait during certain times of the day. *Very few tubes for the lazy river. We counted 20 total, so I’d highly suggest bringing your own to float with. *The parking garage is pretty dang tight so keep that in mind if you’re planning on bringing a big vehicle. *There are a couple of pots and pans supplied, however, they aren’t the very best so bring your favorites with you if you are going to need something specific. *Maybe THIS is just because of my OCD, but I would have loved to have a broom supplied in the condo to help clean up sand and dirt that we tracked inside. Other than that, it was awesome. We will 100% be back!

Great location

Orange Beach Dream

This place was amazing! It fit all of us perfectly. The building is right on the sand. The pool, lazy River, and slide were a huge hit for the kids in our party! The only complaint I would have is for the building itself - there are 26 floors and only 4 elevators. On the weekends it was very challenging to get up/down to/from our room. Especially when checking in/out with all of our stuff. I did appreciate that they had multiple carts and typical hotel caddies to help move stuff - there just wasn’t a ton of room in the elevators to fit with all the people. Other then that it was a dream to stay at. Thank you!

It was very frustrating as two of us needed to remote work. The floors weren’t clean, we bought a mop and mop the condo. The beds were very uncomfortable in the rooms not the master. We had a wonderful trip, loved the pool and the lazy river. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The condo was very spacious and that was nice, as we have a handicapped grandson. I would definitely go back but would request a different room.

Furniture not very nice, for example, counter height stools at bar height counter. Had to use internet from neighboring condo though it was included. Master in middle of condo, strange layout. All that said, location was great, people on property VERY nice, we had a great time!

Orange beach Condo

Great views and the condo was big enough for everyone staying here. Easy access to the beach, and walking distance to 3 restaurants. The kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, glasses, pots, pans everything needed for cooking meals. Furniture (couches and chairs) are old and well used, very uncomfortable. The washing machine makes a horrendous noise when used. Overall we have enjoyed our stay.

Disappointed with lack of cleanliness

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is large, with a beautiful view, however the shear filth really made this experience poor. Especially for the expense. The pillows had white stain like substances on them and and balls of hair. The floors were filthy, there was about a 1/2 inch of dust on everything here The floors were filthy, there was about a 1/2 inch of dust on everything. There were trash and several chips beside one of the beds where it looked like a kid had been eating.. The showers were all dirty and all had miscellaneous hair all over the shower walls. One toilet had stool in it. The kitchen sink had something gross in it. We honestly felt like we needed to go somewhere else and take a shower after sitting down in there.. Asking for them to reclean it seemed like a moot point since this is their practice to begin with. Not sure who the owners use to clean but they need to find someone else. I'm guessing the owners don't even know it is filthy.Moreover, The place needs a major upgrade. The refrigerator is broken...broken multiple shelves and there is a rag stuffed in the freezer because the ice machines been taken out. The washing machine would not fill with water once we finally got it working the clothes never dried in the dryer. If the owner sees this and would like photographs I have them. There was no way to get ahold of the owner of the property which is the only way I see this issue being fixed. Complaining to the management company would do nothing because they are the problem. We paid way too much for this unit for what we encountered during our stay. Again the view was beautiful but that only goes so far.

Beach Life for a week!!

My family stayed a week in this very large condo. Our 2 grown children and their families stayed in each large bedroom. The condo is located on the beach and also very close to restraunts. We hope to to stay again soon!! PAM
