Summary:
Stay in one of Ann Arbor's nicest apartments! Located in the Burns Park neighborhood just a short walk to downtown, U-M campus, and the Big House. Four bedrooms allow you to comfortably sleep 8 people.

The Space:
This apartment is designed to entertain, with large flat-screen TV, seating areas, fully-stocked kitchen, coffee station and bar.

Four bedrooms surround the large kitchen, living and dining area. Separate office area with desk. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high end appliances make meal preparation easy. Laundry facilities are just across the hall.

Lovely front garden area with outdoor seating completes the relaxing atmosphere.

Cleaning service available for weekly and monthly stay (fee is $175). For stays of 4 weeks duration or longer, a mid stay cleaning is required ($175 fee added at confirmation) and will be arranged at your convenience.

Guest Access:
Very walkable neighborhood. Parking in the rear of the building for one vehicle. There is ample street parking with no day/time restrictions.

Equipped with laundry facilities. 3 complimentary loads provided. Laundry room is shared and machines require tokens, we provide 6 tokens (enough for 3 loads), additional tokens are $3 each.

The Neighborhood:
Our property is nestled right in the quiet and lovely Lower Burns Park neighborhood. We are within walking distance to Michigan Stadium, the Crisler Center, and the U of M Golf Course. For some quick groceries, there is the Produce Station and Argus Farm Stop just a few blocks away. Venue by 4M, our new restaurant and bar, is an easy walk right down the street. Venue has everything you are looking for during your stay and includes a Coffee shop, Restaurant & Bar, Events Space, and both free and paid coworking options.

We are in the sweet spot: very close to downtown, campus, and the football stadium without the hustle and bustle of the downtown area and student life. Quiet, yet lively!

Getting Around:
It's a five minute drive to the center of Ann Arbor and I94, (except on game days!). The city bus stop is a block and a half away, and city bicycle and walking paths are all around. Uber/Lyft is readily available.

Our full time housekeeping team keeps each and every one of our properties sparkling clean for your arrival. We use a spray disinfectant that kills 99.9% of bacteria and viruses. Please let us know if there are any questions we can answer.

Football home games are slightly crazy in the neighborhood, street parking spots are stalked by fans. If you park on the street and leave before the game your spot will likely be gone if you return before the end of the game.

Interaction with Guests:
We have 24/7 remote concierge service and on-site concierge service available daily from 8am-5pm. An after-hours phone number will be provided to all guests to use in the event of a lockout or other emergency.
