The neighborhood is usually quiet after 10 pm, including football game days. Voices carry well in the backyard.
The side door will remain locked, as well as the door from the kitchen to the basement. The basement and garage are off-limits, no exceptions.
If there is a lock on the outside of cabinet doors, these items are off-limits.

Amazing location with views of the stadium. Easily walkable to downtown and campus. Clean and well laid out entertainment and kitchen area to enjoy game weekend. Contact with property manager was excellent.
