This spacious home features four bedrooms and three bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone to relax comfortably. The large yard, partially fenced, is perfect for children. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, the area is peaceful and quiet. It boasts two expansive decks ideal for sunbathing, barbecuing, or outdoor dining. Just five minutes from the island center, you'll find a grocery store, bank, post office, restaurants, parks, and a bus stop. The sizable kitchen comes fully equipped, catering to guests who enjoy cooking and hosting. This property is well-suited for a large family, complete with a pack 'n play and a high chair for children. Additionally, beach essentials like chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and toys are provided, leaving you to simply choose from the numerous nearby beaches. We also get the yard sprayed with an all natural tick repellent. Ticks are incredibly bad on this island and lymes disease and the various things associated with their bites are rampant. This way, your family and kids can be outside playing in the yard with without fear of getting bit.

The home was great! Well suited for our full family - grandparents and kids! Carly had lots of kids toys for my son to play with as well as all the equipment needed which made our stay even more relaxing. Carly was very communicative and accommodating. Would stay again!

The house was in a great location with easy access to the free shuttle. We were a family of 6 adults and 1 baby and the house was spacious enough to accommodate all of us. It also had all the things we needed for the baby which helped us tremendously with packing light. Carly was extremely response to all my inquiries. We thoroughly enjoyed out Nantucket vacation!

We (family of 4, with 2 kids aged 3 and 6) shared this house with another family of 4 with 2 kids aged 3 and 6. It was great! The house had plenty of space for the kids to play. The house is very well stocked, including plenty of toys for the kids. The street is very quiet and we felt comfortable letting the kids run around / bike around outside the house. The host, Carly, was lovely to communicate with!

Fantastic rental! Exactly what we were looking for. Super quiet neighborhood but convenient to everything. The location was perfect for us. This was the first time we used VRBO and the property owner was incredibly helpful, friendly, and informative. We would definitely stay here again. There was also a great welcome book that gave us lots of information.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Carly's home and would highly recommend it! The house is spacious, very clean, and completely stocked with anything you may need for your stay -- kitchen supplies, paper goods, toiletries, extra propane, beach gear, kids' toys, you name it! We traveled with our two little ones who had plenty of space to run and play inside and out. The mid-island location makes it very convenient for accessing town, groceries, and bike paths and is also a central jumping-off point to all the islands' beaches. Carly was an above-and-beyond host, very accessible and helpful while also very respectful of our space and privacy. We can't wait to hopefully return next year! Thanks again, Carly!

Would give 6 stars if I could!

My husband and I fell in love with this listing the moment we saw it on VRBO. The location, size of the home, all perfect. But it wasn’t until we arrived on the island and pulled up that we realized how absolutely perfect it was. It is located at the end of a quiet road and the moment you pull in the driveway it awes. We have two year old twin boys and a 6 year old daughter and Carly went ABOVE and beyond to ensure this felt like home away from home. There is the most thoughtful home manual they made that gives you every bit of helpful info you could possibly need about the home and the island. She is so responsive, kind, and hospitable it feels like you are renting from someone you have always known. The location is exceptional, nothing feels far! There are three full bathrooms all with showers and one has a tub for the littles. It was so clean and felt like luxurious but also so homey. The bathrooms came with stocked essentials, there are beach toys, toys/books for the kiddos and all paper goods. We booked last minute this year so had less time to plan and we felt like all we had to do was show up with our clothes! It took away so much of the packing stress. I absolutely loved our stay here and highly recommend for any family visiting the island.
