The stay was great - perfect spot for biking the Hiawatha trail for us, plus close access to all the towns in the silver valley, as well as Couer D’ Alene and Spokane.
Nice, quiet place with access to river and coffee shop. Well stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds. We would gladly stay there again next time we're in Idaho. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
My husband and I were able to stay here when we traveled here looking for property. The host was the kindest person I have ever communicated with. She is also a fantastic realtor so if you are looking for property in the area or surrounding areas, stay here and contact the host. This condo is perfect and had everything you need for your stay. We definitely will be back and will be staying here again.

Property in god awful condition, dirty, shoddy and embarrassing.Luckily we were more focused on being outside. I would send my friends anywhere else. Someone needs put more accurate photos on the site which I will gladly supply.

Hi Mark,
Very disappointing to see your review. We strive to make our guests as happy as possible. If there was an issue, I would have loved if you contacted me and we could have rectified the situation. We do allow pets, and unfortunately damage from them happens sometimes. Blinds were already on order, but haven’t arrived in time. For future, please contact us as I try to have anything handled as soon as possible. Wishing you many blessings!
Overall a nice place in a tiny town. The inside of the condo was very nice, tidy and clean. The outside wasn’t great…needed maintenance but I was just there one night so not a problem for me. Suggestions would be…a spaghetti strainer, new coffee maker…Keurig is nice, but didn’t seem to work…maybe I did something wrong? And I did a quick small load in washer and dryer. Both worked…washer was a little noisy, but some are. In case owner doesn’t know…dryer is on its way out of commission…made a very squeaky sound with each revolution…I only dried my things half way and left them out to dry overnight so I wouldn’t keep neighbors up with the noise…
The place is adorable! Very clean, all like in the pictures, perfect for our family and just what we expected. We were there for just one night, perfect place to meet with our daughter, mid way between Seattle and Bozeman. This is a perfect place to break a trip to Bozeman. The area has not much to do right there, but we knew it. We, all adults, had fun at the neighborhood bar after dinner and enjoyed breakfast at The Snake Pit.
Interior was clean and well maintained. Convenient location. Communication with property manager very prompt.

The condo and Becca were absolutely fantastic! Kingston is an interesting little area as it is an old mining town. We were glad to get something so close to the wedding we were attending. The beds were comfortable, entire condo was clean and decorated so nicely, area around condo is a bit unkept but not terrible.
Nice clean place right off the interstate great parking across the street kind of a shady bar nearby but no problems. We had a minor problem with the air mattress having a leak and they replaced it immediately.
Perfect for our getaway. The owner provided spot on recommendations for local food which was excellent. The river is beautiful, accessible and the locals are friendly. An easy well maintained walking path is a short 5-7 min drive.
The condo is very cute. We appreciated the amenities from coffee to snacks. It had everything we needed. The location is meant for driving where you want to go but there is a gas station, local bar, and a drive-thru coffee within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again as it is close proximity to where we needed to be.
This property was clean and had all the amenities I needed. It is somewhat outdated but that is no impediment to its function or cleanliness. I enjoyed my brief stay. The location was perfect.
Very nice inside. Perfect size for the 4 of us. Well stocked with basics. Loved having washer and dryer. Location worked for getting to mine tours, silverwood park, and Farragut state park. Would stay here again.
This house was great for hitting outdoor recreation locations in Idaho and Montana.
The inside was awesome. The outside area around the condo could have used a little TLC. Walking over weeds to get in wasn’t great. Parking was easy and beds were comfy.
We loved staying at this condo. It was very convenient to the bike trails. Everything was clean. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The kitchen was well equiped and bathroom had nice fluffy
towels. We would stay here sgain.

Our daughter's family lives in Kingston. This was very close and convenient for us. The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook meals and wash our laundry and the grandchildren loved to come and visit with us because each bedroom had a TV so they could each watch shows of their choice. Freeway access was close and easy. The manager was easy to reach on the phone when we had questions. We will stay here again in the future.
