Very clean and updated

I've been renting homes for the last 8 years on Marco Island and this home has been one of the best. Everything is updated and very clean. The beds are comfortable and the TV's and technology is nice. It has a great floor plan and the afternoon sun at the pool was great. The water temperature of the pool was comfortable and the spa feature worked great. I would highly recommend this home and if it's available when I come back next year I won't hesitate to book it.

Best Vacation Ever

This property and rental agent exceeded my expectation! The house was located close to the beautiful ocean. It was so nice to come home to a relaxing pool home with hot tub. The home needed nothing. It’s the perfect rental and we hope to return next year.

Beautiful home and great amenities!

Our family of 4 (including two college kids) stayed here the week before Christmas. The home is outstanding. We had a great family vacation and would definitely stay here again. The house is professionally decorated and felt like Home. The pool, hot tub and bikes were all a bonus! I hate doing laundry on vacation, but even the laundry room is clean and beautiful.

Spectacular Property!!

This was our second (but not last) vacation at this property! It is absolutely a spectacular home! Beautiful design, furnishings and all the extra features that make this place so wonderful! I can't say enough for it except that we will be back as soon as possible! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Property!!

We just finished our week in Marco and hated to leave. Without a doubt, this home is the best rental we have ever seen! Not only is it beautiful, but it has all the comforts of home and then some! The owners have taken great care in designing this home and making it feel very comfortable and inviting for any visitor! The kitchen had all necessary items for 6 of us, as well as all the needed linens. The main living area was very comfortable, and the sound system was amazing! The outdoor pool/spa area was fantastic! We had numerous water toys and thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor grill. On days we went to the beach, we had beach chairs, a cart and beach mats/towels. There was also beach service and a restaurant right there for days we didn't feel like taking all the equipment with us! We were also close to many shops and restaurants, and we often used the bikes provided instead of walking. We can't say enough about this home. We were so impressed that after being there 3 days, we booked already booked our week for next year!

Beautiful home for a perfect family vacation!

Ixora Cay is awesome. We stayed there with our two kids (16 & 19) and had a perfect family vacation. The cul-de-sac street is quiet but close to the beach and restaurants. The rooms are large, immaculate, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is amazing and well stocked with utensils, appliances, pots/pans, dishes, etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms are stocked with beautiful linens, towels, and plenty of beach towels. The private lanai has a beautiful view and a fabulous summer kitchen! We spent every night in the pool and hot tub. The home comes with beach bikes, locks and helmets so we enjoyed riding around the island and to the beach every day! It also comes with everything you need for a day at the beach: large wheeled cooler, beach cart, chairs and umbrellas. The office was also an extra bonus and was fully stocked with books, including current best sellers! We were in heaven at Ixora Cay and highly recommend this beautifully constructed home to anyone looking for a little bit of paradise! It was hard to leave and we are looking forward to staying there again in 2016.
