The property was very clean and welcoming. I loved the space and the way it was decorated. My mother, husband, toddler, and myself stayed 2 nights and we all had a good experience and plenty of room to spread out. The process from start to finish was nothing but amazing. My husband said he will not go to Branson again unless he is staying at this property.

Great location. Easy to get everything. Carpets were very dirty and condo smelt of pet urine. Got some Febreeze. And sprayed several times. I have stayed in pet friendly places lots of times and never had one smell that bad.

When we checked in they informed us that they already knew about a stain in the carpet (1st negative sign). When we got to the room we found that that stain was about 2' in diameter and that there was a 6' ladder in the middle of the bathroom and there was dried putty all in the bathroom floor and shower (from making a repair before we arrived) and the sack of putty mud on the counter. There was only 2 hand towels and they were thrown on the bathroom counter. The carpet needs to be and should have already been replaced as it was wore out. We would not walk around in the condo without our socks on. Pool was closed due to pump going out. Now for the good stuff ... the layout of the condo was very good, location was great, staff was very friendly and eager to please, golf course was beautiful and enjoyed playing, shower water pressure was good and the beds were very comfortable. We would consider staying here again, if we can get a cleaner room next time.

Beware.

From booking to even still now- trouble with this booking. I did not receive a booking email until about two hours before we arrived. Not an address, not an instruction email, not anything. The email of the property is not where you check in. I found this out after walking around the entire property and not finding any check in place. So we wait around til 4pm, drive to the check in location, drive back to the condo. The outside was dirty, rundown, there was caution tape on a walkway even. Trash everywhere. We get inside and the floors were sticky, the place smelled, the carpet was so nasty my socks were dirty from walking across it. And then there was the shower. The kind of dirty that takes MONTHS of never cleaning to get to. There were questionable clean towels. I will say the bed was comfortable. The couch was nasty and I believe it either had fleas or bedbugs but every time I sat on it, I ended up with big bites on my left arm. I complained via text and email. Had to reach out to vrbo. Finally got the clean fee waived but then they hit me with an animal fee which was never disclosed. This place would be fine if they cleaned it and had better check in practices.
