Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located Condo at the Well known hotel YotelPad. Our STUDIO home features beautiful ocean view as well as the city.
Enjoy walking in downtown. Steps away from restaurants. Couple minutes drive from Brickell. 10min drive to Miami Beach. The building offers Pool,Gym, Hot tub,restaurant, lots of workspaces.

The Studio has kitchen, washing and dryer, fridge, coffee machine, oven and dish washer. The building has opened in 2022. Everything is brand NEW!

The trash room is located in the same floor.

You will have the entire condo STUDIO for yourself. You will have an access to pool, fitness and restaurant spaces. Very cool building!

The neighborhood is beautiful with restaurants and walking distance to bayside, FTX Arena Frost museum of science. Access to free metro mover.

Easy walking to restaurants and shops. 10 min drive to Miami beach

Parking available 15$ per night next to the building.
PLEASE READ**** APARTMENT RULES***


1. No loud music & no more than 2 guests allowed. QUIET HOURS: After 10 pm

2. No pets allowed. A cleaning fee of up to $150 will be charged for violation of policy.

3. PLEASE NO SMOKING. No smoking is allowed in the room. A cleaning fee up to $350 per day will be charged for violation of policy. You can use the balcony to smoke ONLY


4. Please take out trash prior to check-out. Trash Shute is on the same floor on the far opposite side.

5. If you wear make up, please DO NOT use the WHITE towels.

Please do not leave make- up on the towels, sheets/ walls or stains.( 100$ penalty)

There will be a fee $150 if stains and make-up is found anywhere in the house

6. If you spill something, please DO NOT use the towels or rags to clean up any mess. There's paper towels there for your use.

7. Dishes must be cleaned (50$ fee)



***If you violate the house rules with loud music or house party, a violation of $350 will be charged and you will be asked to leave***

Convenient and contemporary

A beautiful unit, furnished nicely in a convenient location. The property included a pool, exercise facility and more. Unfortunately, I did not get an opportunity to use them.
