Enjoy this renovated property with amazing ocean view located in the Beach and Golf resort, Reserva Conchal. The condo has three bedrooms, an office, and a mezzanine with a sofa bed and TV. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, king bed in the second bedroom, and the third has two twins. There is a spacious TV living room area with a comfortable sofa and a beautiful new dining room table and chairs with seating for eight. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and all you need. In the balcony with ocean view there is a BBQ grill for you to enjoy. There is a washer and dryer in the laundry room. You have access to one designated parking space and other vehicles can park on the visitor’s spot; parking is free of charge. Bougainvillea has a Spanish-Colonial architecture, no elevators are available. There is a big pool with an area to do laps and a smaller upper pool in the club house of this neighborhood, you can use this beautiful area with golf view any day.
There is a complementary shuttle you can call to pick you up and take you to the beach club, where guests can relax by our ocean view pool, swim in the clear waters, take a walk on the white sand and watch beautiful sunsets, come and enjoy our world class amenities. At the Beach Club there is a restaurant and bar to delight yourself with good food and your favorite drink. Reserva Conchal is on the same property as The W Hotel and The Westin Hotel. Your reservation grants you full access to the prestigious Reserva Conchal Beach Club and amenities.
