Condo Jobo 3 - Reserva Conchal

This Spanish style condo with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, can comfortably host 6 guests. We have an additional master bedroom to accomodate a total of 8 people with an additional cost per night (please contact us for further details).

Condominio Jobo 3 is located at the gated community Reserva Conchal, home of the Westin Golf & Spa Resort and only minutes from Playa Conchal. With a great view of Brasilito Bay, a shared infinity pool and an amenity-filled clubhouse (see ‘Reserva Conchal’ section).

Three main aspects of this condo: it's on the first floor, it's the smallest complex in all Reserva Conchal, making it very peaceful and private, and the closest complex to the Beach Club, just 0.5 miles away (800 meters), just 3 minutes in the complimentary shuttle.

Professionally managed with experienced & attentive staff, it includes a full service concierge, shuttle services to the beach & access to the Reserva Conchal Beach Club.

With spacious interior, lovely back patio with panoramic views of the golf course and the Costa Rican countryside, our property exudes a charming and elegant vacation. Golfers will love being right along the green for a morning game! For those willing to kick back and relax, the Beach Club facilities or on site clubhouse are available to you with several stunning beaches nearby.

Great place to stay

Very clean and nice condo. Easy drive or 10 minute walk to the Beach Club. We also enjoyed the pool and ping pong at the condo complex pool area. Staff on site is very friendly and helpful too.

Great place to stay with everything your family needs at a beautiful location. Really nice beach and beach club resort with a great restaurant. My family enjoyed our stay at the condo which was nicely appointed and had everything we hoped for in Costa Rica. We highly recommend this location and are making plans for our next stay. Enjoy

Nice one level property

Sparkling clean, lovely patio and view, spacious and inviting. My 8 year old granddaughter and I stayed here and it was perfect for us. Quiet and nicely appointed. Especially enjoyed access to the Beach Club which is allowed through this rental. Owners were gracious and quick to answer any questions. We would recommend this condo.

Playa Conchal Delight

We enjoyed our stay at Reserva Conchal. The unit was spacious so we were comfortable having friends and family. The kitchen is well equipped and the outdoor space was lovely. The resort is fabulous. There is much to do with the Beach Club and the Spa included with the stay. The shower pressure is weak so we sometimes opted to shower at the spa. We loved seeing monkeys why we were hanging out on the veranda. Ana responded promptly whenever we needed anything!

Amazing condo

This place was amazing. Way bigger than the pictures show. All the kids had their own beds and were happy. Very clean and amazing views. You can go down to the golf shop area and use the pools/restaurant/beach access. There’s even a shuttle that will come pick you up. This was a great place to end our vacation and we will definitely book this place again.

Jobo 3 was a great choice for our family of 4 adults. Everyone had their own room/ bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. The condo was fully equipped with everything we needed for a week in Costa Rica. We rented a golf cart from “rentagolfcartcostarica.com” and were able to go off property to restaurants and the local markets for food. We mainly had breakfast and snacks in the condo and lunch/dinners out. The resort is amazing with the beach club and golf course. Ana, our host was so helpful and always answered questions in a timely manner. Can’t wait to return to Jobo 3!

The Best Way to Celebrate 60!

I didn't realize just how much came with the rental of this clean and large condo. You get access to the Beach Club, which means free SUP, Kayak, and bike rentals, access to the gym and swimming pool, beach chairs and more! It was a perfect location with most amenities in the condo. Grocery stores and restaurants are not too far away. You will want to have a rental car while staying here. I had the best birthday with dear friends staying at this lovely place and enjoying the Costa Rican beach and ocean every day. Ana, our host, was fantastic and answered all questions. Pura Vida!

Best of all worlds

Location close walking distance to W hotel, beach, clubhouse and golf. Gorgeous private deck for morning coffee or evening games at outdoor table. Mattresses comfortable. A/C in excellent working condition. Has all the things you might need in the kitchen. Nice simple entry from parking spots. No elevator or steps made for easy comings and goings! Condo building very quiet, we felt as though we were in our own home. Enjoyed watching monkeys come visit and eat mangos from trees right outside our back door. Enjoyed watching golfers in distance. Great little view of the ocean. This unit has it all!! We look forward to staying again.
