The unit is a very spacious 1700 sq. ft. (170 m2), 3 bedroom apartment, with central A/C, fully equipped modern kitchen with electronic appliances, washer/dryer, dishwasher, hair dryers, and of course it comes with fresh linens and towels. It is professionally decorated with Spanish tiles throughout

Equipped with an electronic keypad deadbolt and a back-up lockbox with regular keys to ensure access to the condo 24x7

Prices on this site include sales taxes and free access to the beautiful beach club, its restaurants and bar, and various other amenities such as: SPA, Gym, Roman Pool, beach equipment, bicycles and kids playground

Free access to the Westin hotel and the restaurants of the Westin and W hotels

During peak times, the Westin and W hotels will prioritize reservation to their restaurants to hotel guests. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, resort and beach were beautiful. Close to towns like Tamarindo, Falmingo and Las Catalinas. Lots of amazing restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend. Vivian was a pleasure to deal with.

home away from home

This condo was a nice blend of feeling at home while having resort amenities at your leisure. My family was able to grocery shop and prepare meals at home while also indulging out when we wanted. The three bedroom condo had everything we needed plus beautiful views of the golf course and wild life.

Nice Condo

A friend and I stayed at this condo which is in the Bouganvilla condo community within Reserva Conchal. This is my 5th time staying inside of Reserva Conchal and the 2nd time within Bouganvilla. The community is great and the condo is exactly as described. The condo has everything you would need. An added bonus that I didn't realize until the last day (and too late to take advantage of) is that if you stay within Bouganvilla you have access to the pool at the Westin. The Westin has a wonderful pool and I encourage anyone who stays at this condo to check that out. Overall a great experience and a nice condo to stay at

I had no idea what I was booking except that it was a 3 bedroom condo which is what I needed for my family size. This place surpassed my expectations. You have a free shuttle to take you to this AMAZING beach club where you can eat, go to the gym, relax by the pool, get towels or take a walk on the beach. I would highly, highly recommend staying here. The resort was quiet and peaceful (no loud blaring music), it wasn't overcrowded. Ilan, the owner, was so HELPFUL and responsive, he deserves a 15 on a scale of 1 to 10. He provided us with so much information about the area, the resort and all the amenities available to us. I will definitely stay here again!

Beautiful condo overlooking the golf course

We had a nice experience. The condo is nice and spacious. It has a beautiful view. The resort offers free shuttle service to the property grounds which is needed because it's a long walk to the clubhouse. The resort also offers shuttle service into the local town of Brasilito for an additional fee. The Reserva Conchal grounds are beautiful! They do need improvement in their customer service as it was not very good pool side or at the restaurants. I would stay at this condo again. The owner was very responsive and diligent to make sure all our needs were met.

Thank you for your review, Monica. I have forwarded your comments about the issues with the services at the beach club to the operations manager of the resort as well as the services manager at the Westin hotel since they provide the staff and management to the restaurant and bar at the beach club as well as the SPA. They both replied to me and mentioned that they have incremented the staff there and are monitoring it more closely. I will continue to monitor that service through people who stay at the resort throughout the year. Best regards Ilan

Great Condo If a Few Repairs Are Complete

This is a great condo--very spacious, clean, comfortable beds, and accurately represented in the pictures. The resort is wonderful--beach club is very nice, beach is beautiful, beach club main restaurant is surprisingly good. Ilan and Vivian are wonderful and very responsive. But, I would recommend that you confirm all repairs have been made. On our first day we found one fan broken, one toilet didn't flush, and washing machine broken. Faucet in primary bathroom bathtub may be on the verge of breaking. If these things are repaired I would definitely recommend renting this condo.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo- To note : It is VERY far from the beach and the resorts (both Westin and Beach Club) but we did use the shuttle and it came very fast every time we needed it. There were NO cooking staples at all in this condo- No cooking spray ,spices, etc Not even salt and pepper. We are high users of VRBOs and this was the "emptiest" we had ever stayed in. If you are staying here -make sure you purchase everything you may need prior because there is no easily accessible market for these things.

Thank you for your review and the 3 night stay at our condo. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay. Staples and other condiments are not supplied to any of the condos at the resort. This service is just not feasible and therefore not offered by the company which owns the resort and manages most of the condos at the resort. The concierge group offers a service plan, for a $100 PER Condo Per stay, which includes a list of services such as express market, where you can purchase many staples and food items. This program also offers discounts at the various restaurants and bars at the hotel and beach club, as well as many other services. For people who do not rent a car and let me know prior to their arrival, I always recommend that they may want to purchase such items prior to their arrival. There are supermarkets within 2-5 minutes from the resort's main gate and some people walk to purchase items after they arrive. Still, if you take a shuttle or a taxi to the resort, they can stop for you just before you arrive to the main gate at a supermarket. The resort is very large and therefore the free shuttle is being offered. The beach club and the hotel's main pool are within a five minute walk to the hotel's reception, and another five minutes from the reception to the main pool and beach club. This is a nice walk through the resort and the hotel grounds and gardens. If you take the free shuttle, or if you drive a rental car, you need to drive around the hotel grounds since it is not permitted to drive through the hotel's grounds unless you take the hotel free shuttle from the reception. Amazing Bougainvillea

We loved our stay at Reserva Conchal Bougainvillia Condo! Everything there was great! Both Ilan and Vivian (our contact in Reserva Conchal) were very helpful, they always returned our messages immediately. They made sure we had a very relaxing vacation. The condo is very well maintained. We were a family of 6 adults and the condo is very confortable . I loved the spacious kitchen with everything you need to cook your meals. One day the microwave stopped working, we texted Vivian and she went a bought a new one and replaced it. The beds are confortable and the bedrooms are beautiful. The condo is very spacious and has a beautiful balcony with a gorgeous view to the golf course. We used to sit in the balcony every morning waiting for birds to come to us. The condo is located in Reserva Conchal. Conchal is one of the most beautiful beaches in Costa Rica. We will definitely be coming back to this amazing place!

Perfect way to enjoy Guanacaste, Costa Rica

The condo itself is clean and spacious. It's located in a prime location in Guanacaste, close to Tamarindo, Playa Flamingo, and other great beach towns. There's convenient access to a beach club (with a pool and restaurant) and a local condo pool that's resort quality within steps of the front door. The view of the golf course and surrounding community from the balcony is breaktaking. The Reserva Conchal community has a shuttle service that takes you to the beach club, to the W, and to the Westin, with more restaurants and pools, but we didn't use the pools because the week between Christmas and New Year's is restricted. We didn't miss them at all - not an issue. The property manager lives in the same building and she's incredibly responsive. She helped with supplies, questions, and restaurant recommendations. The owner is equally responsive - within minutes. Activities can be coordinated through the local service companies and they pick you up at your front door. Taxis are equally easy to get - calling the transportation desk at the Westin was all that was required and a taxi arrived within minutes. Overall this was one of the best experiences we've had renting through VRBO. I highly recommend this unit.

4 weeks in Paradise

We just came back from a wonderful vacation staying at this beautiful condo. The place is just as described and is very comfortable with all the amenities one needs for a flawless vacation. We were 6 of us and never felt crowded, there is enough space for relaxing. Kitchen is big and has everything you need to cook a nice meal.Comfortable beds and a nice balcony! We already miss this place in Paradise!

Lovely, clean getaway for a young family. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful, weekend stay at this apartment. It was clean, well-equipped (with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer) and comfortable for our family with three, children, five and under. It also had a bathtub (for those of you with young children, you understand how essential that is!). The sunset views were spectacular and we slept really well, because the condominium itself is very quiet. There is a pool at the condominium and two great pools less than five minutes away, in addition to the beach. If you want an outing to Playa Flamingo to see the boats or go for a swim, it's less than 20 minutes away. Owners were very attentive to our questions, and sent a lot of very helpful information prior to our stay. Highly recommended.

Elegant, Spacious and well appointed townhome, beautiful views and perfect amenities!

Our stay at the Bougainvillea condo the first half of our Easter week couldn't have been more relaxing and fun for Mom, Dad and our 2 teens. We zipped around the grounds and down to the beach club on a golf cart we rented. The shuttle option also works fine though, its about a 10 minute wait or less. The cart also allowed us to explore the nearby towns along the beach as well. Ilan was super to work with, so helpful and responsive throughout our planning stage. This was our first time to CR and Ilan was ready and responsive with recommendations for any questions I had about various logistical aspects of our trip. I would highly recommend Ilan and Cindy's place to anyone looking for a well-appointed, comfortable and luxurious place for a family getaway to beautiful CR!

Bougainvillea condos have a wonderful location! The Beach club is amazing!!

The condo was very nice, and being at the co so provides access to the Beach Club, which is amazing and the epitome of vacation!! The concierge advice and the staff are awesome! The Beach and water are beautiful and so relaxing and quiet! We loved our stay and will be back again!!! Pura Vida!

large, spacious condo, and great beach club facilities

My wife, 2 adult children and myself had a wonderful stay for 4 nights. The condo was exactly as described and even more spacious than expected. Full access to the beach Club was included in the fees and we had use of kayaks, standup boards, the spa, the restaurant etc. Also include was the unlimited use of a shuttle bus to drive us from the condo to the beach club which was about 3 kilometers at the other end of the golf course. Excellent location for trips to many of the other beaches at Flamingo, Grande( great surf waves), Potrero, Tamarindo

Great stay for the PGA event

Ilan and Cindy were very accommodating. Nice spacious villa very well stocked. I would suggest adding some non stick pans to make eggs. Your suggestions for restaurants were great. We loved the service and the food at the beach club! Also enjoyed the pool close by the villa.

Amazing

I've always wanted to stay in Playa Conchal and finally we did it was amazing !Ilian was great even though I kept loosing emails, the condo was beautiful and I was able to cook some of our meals there. Property was in great shape and suited our family well. We got he shuttle and it came quickly most of the time. My favorite part was the beach club they brought you beach chairs wherever you wanted and there were enough chairs for the guests they also brought free kayaks and paddle boards down the the water for you it was very luxurious ! We had lunch there and it was reasonably priced and good cheviche and nachos! Ilian's place is wonderful I highly recommend staying there.

Wonderful - what a great place

Hi Ilan, thanks so much for reaching out.  We had a wonderful visit.  Thank you for opening your home to us.  It was a great place....really perfect for us.  It was great to have the space to all stay together and self cater, while still having the beach, beach club and Westin facilities to enjoy too.  We got the wristbands for the Westin pool too but we preferred the beach club to the hotel pool.  The hotel nightly shows were fun to attend. Check in and out we're very smooth and the staff were courteous.  We had lunches almost every day at the club and enjoyed the food.  Of course the facilities were lovely there too.  Golf was pricey but well run and beautiful.  They are gearing up for a PGA tournament! One nice new thing they opened is a guided nature walk in the reserve, where we saw monkeys, birds, bats, giant trees etc. Your place had everything we needed except scissors, and probably could have used a cookie sheet, a larger frying pan and a second cutting board.  One suggestion I have for your listing is to add a photo of your balcony and view, especially the gorgeous sunsets. Since I'd stayed at a similar unit before I knew what to expect, but others might wonder. Thanks again for everything.  We hope to return again.
