My family of 6 stayed at Rosa Del Desirerto and had the best time. The condo had everything we needed to enjoy our 5 day stay. We loved how it was in walking distance to the beautiful town that is filled with delicious restaurants, shops and fun filled experiences. Our balcony overlooked the swimming pool, beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Riviera Maya Haciendas were so helpful and quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The condo was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our family of 6. We will definitely book with them again.

We loved everything about the condo and the area Great views of the ocean and pool. We walked every day, explored ruins, played on the beach and ate amazing food. The grocery store was close and the kitchen was well equipped to cook some meals. The property manager and host were great and communicated well! We cannot wait to come back Next year!!

We returned to Penny’s apartment after having an incredible time in April. The condo is in my opinion the very best in PA, big pools, beautiful beach access. The apartment is setup for anything you might need, we really enjoye staying here. It has been our favorite stay in the PA area hands down. We will continue to come back, as its really an incredible place for families.

excellent location, good apartment, little bit outdated appliances

We traveled with our two teenage kids (15 & 18) and it was a hit. We stayed eight nights for our spring break vacation. Kens place in Villas Del Mar is very spacious and clean. The beds are very confortable, the kitchen has everything you need. We ate breakfast every day at "our home." There is a great selection of restaurants for lunch and dinner within the complex - just a five minute walk. A couple of nights we ordered pizza from O Sole Mio while watching Netflix. Other days we ate in town while watching the dolphins. For more aunthenctic Mexican food there is a restaurant called El Mero Mero which is on the highway exit to Puerto Aventuras by the roundabout, great Mexican food for half the price. The pool was a big hit for all of us, specially my daughter who insisted a couple of nights to join her for a night swim. Which was a great experience to float on our backs while enjoying a clear night filled with stars. (We come from NYC so not many stars on this neck of the woods). A few yards away from the pool you have the beautiful Caribbean sea. The beach was excellent, clear warm water with soft sand. My son who loves to snorkel spend hours exploring the sea. There is actually a coral reef if you swim out 200-250 meters away from the green and red miniture light houses. There I found giant brain corals, sea urchins, swam next to a school of more than 50 big blue tang fish, big rainbow parrot fish and saw a sea turtle. Closer to shore we saw different types of fish including several stingrays. We rented a car in Cancun from Yes Rental Car (highly recommend - $320 for 9 days with no hidden fees). We traveled to Tulum Mayan Ruins, climbed an ancient Mayan pyramid in Coba while overlooking the jungle. Went to Cenote Azul, Playa Del Carmen and Playa Akumal where we swam with sea turtles.
