Little Bear's Big Backyard 31+ day stays

Are you considering lake life at Lake Oconee full time, or are you waiting for your dream home to be built and need somewhere to stay in the interim? If so, this large lakefront gamers paradise is available for stays 31 days or more.

Walk in through the rocking chair front porch to a recently renovated kitchen and large two-story open family room, complete with Smart TV streaming all your favorites. Plenty of space for the entire family to gather around the island or dining room table to enjoy breakfast together. For the chef in the family, this kitchen won’t disappoint and is stocked with everything you will need! And when you need a break from it all, the screened in porch is perfect to enjoy a good book and a cup of coffee. Also on the main floor are the Owner's Suite, 2 additional bedrooms and 1 hall bathroom.

The owner's suite boasts a king bed, an en suite bathroom with soaker tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom is has a queen bed and opens onto deck overlooking lake. Finally the third bedroom on the main floor has a queen size bed with a private balcony. All new mattresses, pillows, and bedding are brand new, you will feel like you are staying at the finest hotel!

Upstairs you will find kids paradise with 4 twin beds in the loft and play area.

If you are more of an outdoorsy person, there is a large deck with a table and chairs, as well as a comfy sectional to enjoy a quiet evening with family after grilling on the gas grill. We also have exterior security cameras installed for safety purposes. Hammock, custom corn hole boards, are also available for you to enjoy during your stay.

Finally, the Terrace level has an additional shared living space with a Smart TV, foosball, arcade games and a basketball game. You can also sleep additional guests on the Terrace level in 1 bedroom with a queen bed, plus a twin on top of a twin trundle underneath. The 3rd bathroom is also on the Terrace level with a shower.

Wow, so much room to enjoy friends and family who come to visit during your stay to make lifelong memories at Lake Oconee!

Well-behaved dogs are welcome and encouraged, so long as they are up to date on vaccines, flea prevention, and spayed or neutered. An additional pet fee will apply and a maximum of 2 dogs only.

Guests are welcome to use all areas of the house except garages and locked rooms or cabinets. Upper garage access available upon request.

Please note that guests are welcome to use the dock, but boat and slips are unavailable for use.
