Champions Gate features an 18 hole golf course and is surrounded by another 36 holes of golf offered through the Omni Hotel which were designed by accomplished architect and golfer Greg Norman. It is also world headquarters for the famous David Leadbetter Golf Academy. This stunning and world class resort clubhouse (Oasis Club) is 2.5 mi away from the house. It features multiple huge resort-style pools with water slides, lazy river, splash park, state-of-the-art fitness center, tiki bar and movie theater along with a playground and volleyball courts. The luxurious cabanas are air-conditioned and are perfect for spending the entire day at the pool. This captivate home is approximately 15 minutes from the entrance of Disney. Extras:

Pool Heat: $50.00 per day (It needs to be purchased for the total length of the stay and should be requested at least 5 days prior to the check-in)
The BBQ grill is available for $70 *Propane Gas Refill not included.
The home is non-smoking and absolutely no pets are allowed. Violation of this term will incur a charge of an additional fee of $400.00 minimum.

STARTER SUPPLIES: We provide 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and small (hotel-size) bar soap in each bathroom. Items of personal hygiene, dish soap/sponge, detergent for dishwasher, and garbage bag.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. We do recommend stopping by the nearest supermarket to purchase additional personal toiletries and desired meals.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided before check-in.

Excessive required clean or also considered a double clean is charged $100.00.
-We recommend that guests purchase travel insurance from a private carrier to protect against cancellations caused by unforeseeable events such as illness or bad weather.
