Thank you so much for your feedback! We are happy to hear you had a great experience overall. We sincerely apologize for the confusion regarding the grill. It sounds like there was a misunderstanding regarding the setup on the balcony, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can ensure our listing description is as clear as possible for future guests. We would love the chance to host you again! -Sands of Alabama Team

Thank you for sharing your feedback and for choosing to stay with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your stay overall. We understand how disappointing it must have been to arrive expecting a barbecue grill based on your previous stays at other Wharf units. Since each condo is individually owned, amenities can vary from unit to unit, and this particular property is not advertised as having a grill. We do appreciate you sharing your experience. We also appreciate your comments regarding the sliding door lock. Guest safety is very important to us, and we'll pass your suggestion along to the owner for consideration as an additional child-safety feature. Thank you again for your feedback. We hope we'll have the opportunity to host you again on your next trip to Orange Beach! ~ Sands of Alabama Team

We appreciate your feedback about the towels and washcloths. We’ll be sure to review our linen stock to better accommodate future guests. Thanks again for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon! Sands of Alabama Team

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review! We’re delighted to hear the home was a comfortable and convenient stay for you and your family during the Taekwondo tournament, and that you enjoyed the amenities and nearby dining. We also appreciate your note about the tea pitcher and will keep it in mind for future improvements. It was a pleasure hosting you, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
