It was such a nice experience, very clean looked exactly like the pictures very spacious for the amount of people that we had I will say that it is in a spot where it’s farther from downtown Chicago, which is where we planned all our festivities so just make sure you have enough time to travel to and from however that could’ve been better planned on our part overall, it was very cute. Very nice very clean and we felt very safe. As well as the host were very nice very cheerful. They were willing to answer any questions that you may have and was literally a phone call away, and they worked in a timely manner which we very much appreciate for people that are out of town.

The home fit our needs perfectly. Plenty of room for all of us and great common spaces. Wonderful location with plenty of restaurants to choose from. We sincerely appreciated having the steps and walkway shoveled within an hour of check out, which was extremely considerate of our host!

We had a wonderful stay, it is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to stores for supplies. The owner has done a nice job decorating with attractive and comfortable furnishings. Everyone said the mattresses were very comfortable and it was a quiet neighborhood. The two living areas both had comfortable inviting seating areas and the fireplace was very inviting.

Fireplace was ok. Host was very direct. The stairs up to two of the bedrooms are slick/they could just use some mats or something. The fans and heaters in the closets are a nice touch. Just a few things but would stay again. After a couple of things were addressed, Overall nice. Host was nice.

The host was incredibly rude and mean. He was hostile and very demanding and defensive. Unfriendly communication on day one and extremely unreasonable. He didn’t want us to have any guests. No seating outside in the yard. Some unsafe places in the house that need fixing. Because the host was so rude and unkind I would not stay at any of his properties again. Very difficult person to deal with. Property was ok with some minor issues. If it wasn’t for host I would recommend it for anyone else but because the host was so difficult I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone!

This location offered a great place for us and our adult children to spend time together. It was clean and just as it appears in the photos. Everyone said the beds were comfortable. We had a great time in Chicago!

A great stay! We came into town for an event. Due to weather issues, and flight delays, we arrived very late. Yet the host was quickly responsive and pleasant to every contact. The home was clean and inviting, in a safe neighborhood and provided just what we needed. I would definitely stay again.

Property was ok. Check in was a hassle. Host worked with me but cost me extra money in solution and used his Christian faith as a negotiation tool. I would work with the host again but knot VRBO. I’ll stick with A1RBNB like we normally would.
