Savannah Marshes Studio is centrally located between downtown Savannah & Tybee beach. This gorgeous modern space is the lower level of the home pictured. It's completely private with no sharing spaces. It has a living room (sleeper sofa), bedroom w/ queen bed, bedroom w/ twin bed, bathroom w/ rain shower, and a full kitchen w/ stainless appliances, modern countertops and coffee bar! The kitchen has everything you would need to make a meal or snack for your family! Everything you would need in a home to enjoy your trip is here. Sleeps up to 5 people. Everything in the space is brand new!

We live in the upper portion of the home pictured. But, no worries, the lower level is totally separate from us. You have your own entry, your own unshared space for your entire trip! We are laid back and will give you your space....we may say hello if we see you outside! We love being outdoors, travelling and are happy to host others who love to travel as well. Please let us know if there is anything we can accommodate!
***I also would like to say that we cancelled a couple guest stays last year for "their own benefit" because we were getting hurricanes that could cause flooding (we live right next to the marsh). I was quite disappointed in VRBOs policy that dinged our cancellation rate even in emergency weather situations. It has truly impacted our ability to get bookings when our only reason for cancelling was to protect the guests and their belongings. ***

Wilmington Island's Brevard Pointe neighborhood is an upscale quiet location which is the perfect distance between Savannah Historic District and Tybee Island. So, you get the best of both worlds. The neighborhood is clean and manicured and is safe to walk around in.
What makes this property unique
Our property butts up to the marshland, so at high tide, you do get water in the backyard. If you have small children, please keep an eye on them at all times to keep them safe.
